I've been coming here for 5 years and always get pretty good to exceptional service& once again not everything is perfect every order but today the order was missing 1 item & the management & employees looked at receipt applied& remember our order and gave us drinks for our wait time. But always a pleasure they've had different people working here but everyone is exceptionally nice& professional or just ask around nice get the job done. My once a year trip to Taco Bell and always the same review no matter which one I go to.Food is always what you expect for the price. But every one of these stores is dirty. At 11:30 a.m., this place should be clean. Dirty tables, dirty floors, and dirty windows. I walked right up to the counter and ordered, so it's not like they are busy to have a store be that dirty.

Everytime I go there it seems like their are NO adults running the store. Very slow getting to you. Once I went for lunch at 12 noon and they had NO chicken. Said need more time to cook. Lunch time? Asked if I'd want to order a Taco. Don't plan on going back. Get an adult to manage the store. Even the subway guys said they are very lazy there.
