My favorite pizza place hands down, a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it for all the dairy and gluten free options.

At first, I thought this was a sandwich place - no, it is a very good flatbread pizza place. They make 12 and 16 inch pizzas, with a variety of combinations. They offer half and half pizzas, or whole topping pizzas. We tried their special Big Mac pizza on one half, their sausage special on the other, with a variety of cheeses blended into these fire baked pizzas. Non-greaay, the flatbread fire cooked to just the right degree.

Mike, the GM was super nice, great atmosphere and perfect place for a group or family meal.The dough is made with a good quality high gluten flour, organic tomatoes, and a good quality milk mozz. Solid bar style pie and good flavor overall. I was hoping for a bit more air in the dough, slightly dense for a high gluten 24hr rise.

This used to be our place, but Haven't been here in sometime and decided to come again for an afternoon pizza. Probably the worst pizza we have ever had here. The dough was completely over worked and was completely tough. We ordered the sausage pie, which came with barely any toppings...we asked if there was a mix up because it literally looked like just plain cheese..nope it was our invisible toppings pie. So whatever we ate it and it had the taste of nothing, no flavor. There sausage pie had that delicious tender maple sausage piled high and unfortunately here, non existent. Service was fine no complaints there. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I mean the feminine recepticals were so over flowing it was onto the floor, incredibly unsanitary for anyone using the restroom. We watched the teens making our pizza use their gloved hands to use their phones and back to flipping pies. The place just seems like it really went down hill. No care at all, everything quite dirty run by a bunch of teenagers.

Excellent pizza here! The maple sausage is absolutely fantastic, the crust is great, and the ingredients used are definitely fresh. The only criticism I have (but not something worth docking any points for) is that I'm not a fan of the way the pizza is cut into strips.

Not gonna lie, best pizza I had in my whole life. It’s like the flavors of each ingredient were amplified by 100x. Fast to serve them too, hot and straight out of the hearth!
