After two or three great dinners at Sayulita, we had a bad one. Tonight we waited for about an hour and ten minutes, no problem. Finally we were seated at a nice table, near where we had been multiple times before. Our server was slow to arrive but eventually when she did, we eagerly ordered appetizers and our entrees, with our drinks, all at once. Soon after, we received our dinks, then the appetizers. Everything was great, then after perhaps a minute, our dinner entrees arrived!...

I'm excited about this opening! Chef Ethan Neski is running things and has started adding his unique flair to the menu. I visited with a group of 20 on a weeknight. First time trying Sayulita & it was truly top notch! The margaritas were phenomenal & every bite of our food was a sensational experience. I had a ancho coffee rubbed steak & my mother had the Mole Enmoladas. Also highly recommend the guacamole, salsa & queso trio as well as the churros for dessert.
