Go...taste some of the best cheese selections this side of the Atlantic . Let the wonderful owners suggest something , but don't stop there...browse the chocolates and pastas, the jams and ready to bake pies, ice cream and so much more...like sourdough and baguetts. It is a Hidden gem .
Having been a customer for 15 yrs plus, now we live in the Phoenix east valley where a reasonable cheese store does not exist, but thankfully old reliable Centerbrook Cheese comes thru. We have learned that it is best to order in the cool months, not when it is 117 degrees. Paul is the best. They carry the greatest variety and quality of cheese.
