Let me just get on thing out the way: I've been a regular for 5 and a half years as this Dunkin has always been my fav for their coffee, sandwiches, but most of all their kind and attentive service. Sadly I can't say this standard has been upheld. This morning I went for the usual sausage egg and cheese with my hot coffee. But the young, puny lad whose name tag read 'Gavan' running the register gave me the worst attitude. I could clearly see him tampering with my sandwich after picking his nose. Then he also put in a certain cream when I only asked for 2 sugar. And to top it all off he had the audacity to serve me with the smuggest grin. Get. Him. Out.Wheelchair accessibility: Top Notch Quality!!

I don’t know her name, but the lady that works most mornings is the worst Dunkin’ worker I have ever dealt with and shouldn’t even be working customer service. There is never a line and she seems angry every time we go through. Eye rolls, slamming down drinks, dirty looks. It’s one thing if we’re rude, it’s another to do it for absolutely no reason other than you hate your job that much. I always say thank you and be extra nice to try to up her mood but nope. Please get rid of her. It’s the only Dunkin convenient to go to and I’m sick of dealing with this rude lady.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could, went thru to get my usual ice coffee I get at other Dunkin’s. I asked for a liquid sugar and a plain bagel. The worker I believe her name was Monica yelled over the intercom “it’s 12 pm we don’t have any bagel miss” I said “ok what do you have” to which she replied “how about you tell me what you want” I said “ I want a plain bagel but you don’t have that, which is why I’m asking what you have” she then told me “people like me aren’t welcome at her Dunkin’s” at that point I was frustrated and upset w the service I received and left. The management here needs some real help
