“Quiet and comfortable space with modernized country kitchen feel. Staff are outgoing, personable, and attentive. Food is excellent with generous portions. Will be back again!”
“This used to be the the #1 spot for bikers in CT and RI at one time.I remember going here on a Sunday and you couldn't find a spot to park, sometimes 600 bikes plus for a pig roast with a band playing in the back, they were famous for $1 roast beef dinners, but now it's just a roadside bar, still biker friendly, but the place went down hill since then, yea, they cleaned it up but they took the character out of it.”
“The lady that was working tonight at January 14 at 7:00 was really nice I don’t remember her name but she made our drinks fast and was very polite. And we appreciate it very much and thank you for your service.”
“My wife and I have ordered take out from here a few times now and it's been super delicious every time! Definitely recommend, keep up the good food and service!”
“great ice cream! but service… idkthe manager or person in charge (who seemed to be a college student like me) the day i went in was a little grouchy.i have a friend with a nut allergy and we asked to just use clean scoops when making our ice cream sundae. the cashier said they could do that, but after we were ringed up the manager/person in charge as well as some other workers seemed upset at our order and said that they normally don’t do that. we were like “uhh ok should we change the order?” but they sort of begrudgingly huffed and said they would do it.she also got upset at the cashier who ringed us bc he was new to the job and apparently should have said no to us being able to purchase a sundae given the nut allergy :( hope he’s doing okDietary restrictions: didn’t have a great experience with them in regards to a nut allergy. we said we could change our order but they ended up being kinda passive aggressive and agreeing to do our order. i also overheard the workers gossiping about our order and also scolding the cashier that allowed us to order the sundae we got.”
“Great food and drink! A wonderful addition to the Willimantic downtown area. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Nice ambience. Only critique - seating is not very comfortable. Barstools don’t make you want to sit and order a second drink, nor do the seats at tables. Hopefully they will invest in better seating as they get established.”
“Authentic flavors on several dishes we tried.Service was personal and attentive. The only comment is about the place felt a bit disorganized, but I guess that added to the authentic feel of it.Food was presented beautifully and good quantity. It felt fresh in all things we ordered. Will be Back.”
“What a hidden gem! Place was fairly busy. The food was fresh and the ambience was amazing. Ended up splitting a bunch of different plates, seems like the place where you can’t go wrong with anything. As a local, will be back.”

“Louise and I set out to run some errands in Willi and then get some fast food, but as we approached those familiar arches the sense of impending dread in our souls welled up like an overflowing sewer. "Let's drive down Main Street and see what's open," my wife chimed, so off we went. A few minutes later we quickly spotted Pho Delight, circled around to park, and headed on in. The friendly staff greeted and seated up immediately. Their dining room and bar areas were tidy and comfortable with about a dozen tables, and they were doing a pretty decent business for a cold and rainy Wednesday night. The menu had a familiar mix of Thai dishes, along with a section of soups and various kinds of pho. We decided to keep things familiar for a first visit, ordering appetizers of spring rolls and coconut shrimp, and for entrees a bowl of beef pho and yellow chicken curry, all to share. The appetizers came out quickly and piping hot straight from the fryer. Spring rolls were crunchy with a fresh veggie filling, accompanied by the usual sweet-and-fishy dipping sauce. Coconut shrimp really smelled and tasted like fresh coconut and were also perfectly cooked with a clean shrimpiness; their dipping sauce was a sriracha-infused mayo. The pho was a generous bowl of broth, noodles, scallions, cilantro, and beef slices, with the customary accompaniments of basil, bean sprouts, sliced hot peppers, and a lime wedge. The yellow curry was a rich coconut-milk based sauce swimming with slices of chicken, onions, carrots, and potatoes, along with a side of jasmine rice. Both entrees were simply terrific, executed and seasoned perfectly with a clean, clear mouth feel. Chatting with our server we learned that the restaurant had been here for a few years, but very recently was sold to a new owner who redecorated the dining room and redesigned the menu. That owner, a young man named Sitta, introduced himself and told us of his upbringing in southern Thailand and subsequent graduate studies in China (he speaks English well, along with Mandarin and his native Thai). When I mentioned that it seemed out of place for a Thai restaurant to serve pho, he reassured us that pho is common street food in Thailand, and that their Thai version is generally simpler and has fewer ingredients than Vietnamese pho. I guess you learn something new every day -- in any case, the pho here is delicious and can compete with any similar soup I've ever had. All in all a great experience and we're going to have to dine here again and explore the menu more deeply. Highly recommended... I just hope that success doesn't overwhelm and spoil this little gem.”
“What a wonderful stay! Great location for visiting UCONN campus with clean/fun-themed/comfortable rooms and warm, welcoming vibe. Staff was wonderful - especially Sarah, Chris and Shannon at the Trophy Room restaurant. We will definately be back!”
“This spot has the best food in the area. We have been going for several years.everything we have tried has been amazing and the owner and staff are always super friendly. My personal favorite is the vegan bomb and my husband loves the beef shawarma!”
“Let me start by saying we live in Coventry and Kathmandu has delivered hot delicious food to our home time and time again! This evening my wife and I decided to dine in and the experience was better than expected! We had Samosas, Thai noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Naan. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner/chef came out to our table to ask how everything was. What I told him is what I'm telling all of you. This is the best Indian food I've had to date! I have a strong culinary background and highly recommend you put this place on a short list of great food destinations! In the past we've had curry lamb, tomato soup, tom yam soup, lolipop chicken, fried rice, and aloo paratha. Make your way through the whole menu, you won't be disappointed!”
“I ordered a dish on the evening special menu, Amatriciana. It was, hands down, the BEST pasta dish I have had in ages! I cook good pasta at home, I am hard to impress in this area, absolutely phenomenal meal, thank you!”
“This place is amazing. Best burgers anywhere, bar none. Fries are creative, plentiful and delicious, and milkshakes are to die for. I've been twice, once in Avon and once in Cromwell, and was truly impressed both times. They serve Bell & Evans chicken and ground beef that's more commonly found in 4-star steakhouses. I love it!”
“This is our go- to pizza, it is the best! But what is awesome is that all their food, burgers, roast beef sandwiches, dinners, specials and catering are fabulous! So many options, and the family and service are amazing. Right next to DMV with the retro neon green arrow!”
“Not a mistake selecting Spice Venue, extremly happy after dining with classic food and well behaved service. It was my first visit here with family and we all wanted to spend the evening with Tandoor specials, we ordered grilled fish, tandoori chicken, Palak Paneer, Naan and Lassi.Everything we have ordered was truly best in taste and freshness. The gentleman assisting us during dining was polite and a funny guy.Good experience with them and I don't mind to recommend.”
“We hosted a gathering for ~50 people with a selection of lite fare, all of which were absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about the food and service - Bobby was especially awesome, handling drink orders for the entire room without missing a beat. I highly recommend planning Hops 44 for a party or gathering, they did a fantastic job all around!”
“The food and service were great. The Fenton burger is an A+! Nice spectrum of beer choices, not like the places with 10 IPA's and a couple others. Looking forward to returning for a second visit.”
“There’s not a lot of Boba café is out there, but I am very excited to have tried this location! This was an absolutely stunning building to see. It was almost like a pink gem in the middle of a very busy city. The Boba was perfect and I loved energy of the two women behind the counter. Very nice and cozy environment!”
“Chaplin location... First time having this pizza and it was delicious! We were passing through and needed gas and well a pizza lol..The guy working was super friendly, I wish I had gotten his name but I wanted to say thank you for great customer service!”
“My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We sat at the bar and got to watch a dynamic duo slam out a very crowded breakfast in a methodical like fashion. Our server was attentive and friendly. Everyone had smiles even tho the place was literally packed with a wait at the door. Noone skipped a beat. And the food was great. I honestly liked the portions not being over bearing and feeling stuffed. And my dad loved the homemade peach jam. Thank you ”
“I am from Putnam and I was going to Windham Hospital on Sunday and wanted my husband to accompany me. So the night before i did a random search for BREAKFAST restaurant. Blondies POPPED up. Did a google location search, easy to find. We got in about 12:30, we ordered our meals! Nothing but fantastic!! Food perfectly cooked, my husband who is highly picky, was so satisfied. This place in a great location coming from Pomfet, Chaplin, Williamantic, Not far for campers over on Rt 198! To the owners so glad I found this place.”
“This place is amazing! The service is so very friendly! Prices are reasonable too! It has just about everything! Holiday decor, ice cream, pastries and more!!! My ultimate treat are their pies! The Chocolate cream pie is the very very best I’ve ever had. ‘My grandson Ethan and I so enjoy it! Thank you Renee! Hugs…. ♥️”
“Absolutely delightful. I couldn't be more satisfied with our meal at Stone Row. We enjoyed several small plates, each of which was phenomenal. Our selection included the beets, baked mussels, fatty pork, and the day's special: split pea gnocchi. The gnocchi, hand-made by the chef that day, was a standout. It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious - light yet satisfyingly filling, easily our favorite dish of the night. The seared scallops, served with a most delectable sauce, were another highlight. A definite 10/10. Drinks: highly recommend Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Espressso martini was also very good and smooth. Service/atmosphere: Carly's exceptional sweetness and just-right attentiveness added to our experience. My mom and I visited for a relaxing catch-up, and the tranquil, inviting atmosphere of the place was just perfect”
“Quaint little Irish pub with delicious food and excellent service.Fish and chips were phenomenal, with homemade tartar sauce.Irish reuben with potato salad was amazing. Our first time there, definitely not our last!Thank you, Fin!”
“Stopped by to grab a quick bite with some family members for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the place is. Great food, great menu, and l already got my whole family on board all 8 of us to go have dinner there after showing them the dinner menu. Russell was a great waiter, very pleasant and great humor too. Mike keep up the great work, you got the right staff to make it a great success!”
“The name "Tea More Cafe" has always puzzled me. I see that it is short for "Love Tea More." They should have used that as the title. Very good food and service.”
“I love this tiny little fact shop. The decoration on the inside is amazing, and gives a nice modern elite feeling. The menu is filled with tons of great options. But I really only go there for the birria tacos. You get three fresh and hot tacos. With an amazing sauce. I love this place. I would recommend it to anyone who as for where to eat in willimantic or where to eat in general. My favorite taco shop and Mexican food shop in general.Kid-friendliness: I don’t remember seeing any alcohol out in the open, and I don’t remember them playing any music with bad language.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a ramp on the outside of the building and a wheelchair lifter if I’m not mistaken. But the main eating area is upstairs and I don’t remember there being an elevator or chat lift to help people get up the stairs.”
“Food was very good. French Onion soup, shrimp/chicken cajun, sea scallops - all were very good. Service was not that good, waiter delivered drinks and food but never stopped back, a waitress came to the rescue to give check But we will give another try.”
