“This review is going to be from someone who understands he's leaving a review to subway. The food was good, everything to subway standards imo and they made everything like i wanted. I went to pay and he charged me for the foot long when i wanted a meal. I realize after i paid and told him and he made it up to me by telling me to grab a cup and bag of chips on him and gave me a cookie before i left. Thats customer service.”

“I love this location it’s close to a laundry mat and other places you can walk to. The service is amazing I haven’t had any constant issues with my orders there always made how they should be. The food is just as good when I have ordered from that location.”

Whoever is on food today 12/3/25, deserves a raise. In all my days of receiving my favorite, the cheesy Gordita crunch, it has never had so much effort into making it look beautiful. The box was also wildly neat..I just unfortunately dug into it before taking a picture.”

“Every time I order from here, which I do through the app, by the way, the process is quick, and my food is always prepared to the high standard I expect.
I know, this seems like something I shouldn't have to say, but I've had some not-so-good experiences at other ones; where the food looks like it was literally thrown together. Not here. It's always hot, and prepared with care.”

“The food at Gallo's is by far the best I've had in the area. They took extra care with our vegetarian quesadillas, creating an off-menu special with mushrooms, onions, and peppers, all freshly cooked and packed into fresh and tender corn tortillas. They will make anything in a veggie version and also do gluten-free. The storefront restaurant is modest but has a warm feeling. Gallo's has the feel of a community favorite and the food is made with love. Can't recommend this gem enough!”

“Was Working in town and decided to stop by as I’ve heard great things about UConn Diary Bar. There were commencements going on so lines were a little long but worth the wait. I got a medium 3 scoop black raspberry which was fresh and delicious. Definitely would go back again.”
