Owner is very friendly and the food is good BUT the service is very slow. We're the only ones here and it's still slow, almost walked out before ordering. Definitely needs to hire help versus trying to do everything himself at a snail pace.
We went on your lunch today ( August 16) around 7:15pm the service was horrible, our sandwiches was horrible he forgot the cheese one of the sandwich ( the boss) and put on didn’t even toasted and my wrap was just bad asked to have my cheese melted and told me no because on the wrap (tuna wrap) and apparently they don’t do that even do I went to other subway they did toasted. So i've been going to this subway for a while and never really had any issues, but i made a complaint online for the first time about a specific emplyee since on several occassion he would not have even started my order when for example the pick up time would be by 4:30pm if i ordered at 4:09 or 4:13pm and the subway wouldn't even be busy most of the time when i order and got there(happened more than a few times).
