Great customer service! The staff was very kind and gave me 2 coffee bc I only had debit card and and their credit card machine was down. I couldn’t go to another coffee shop bc they were closed due to water issues. I desperately needed the coffee for my night shift job. Thank you!

3 THINGS:
1. The food orders are almost always WRONG or MISSING… MULTIPLE items.
2. The employees (although seem like decent people) are always ARGUING and CURSING OUT each other. If you happen to go inside God forbid, YOU MAY BE TREATED THE SAME! ☠
3. That guy in the yellow… is he the manager? Is he an employee? Regardless, he just ain’t got that spunk in him anymore… perhaps he never did 🥀

McDonald's has high-volume traffic, which can lead to long wait times, but the staff is polite, helpful, and improving in handling the crowds. They prioritize customer care and quick food delivery. While prices may be higher and portions smaller, the crew's excellent service makes up for it. Healthy options for kids could be improved, but overall, it's a great McDonald's with exceptional employees.
