Went by here tonight because we needed to grab an easy dinner for the family. I placed an order for 3 meals and 2 sandwiches at the drivethrough and they parked me on the side. I waited about 15minutes and figured there must have been something wrong because the drive through didn't have a big backup. Going in I was greeted and I handed my receipt stating I was waiting a while and thought I was forgotten about. The manager went in the back and talked to the crew. There seemed to be a pretty big crew for 8:30pm. She came back not too long later and handed me a bag apologizing and saying she gave me extra fries for the trouble. Thank yous and sorries were exchanged and it was all good. Upon walking out the door I noticed there were 2 boxed sandwiches and 2 wrapped sandwiches - I was missing a Big Mac. I got back in and let her know I was missing the #1. She gives me another bag with a Big Mac. Because she said she gave me extra fries I figured that I must have all 3 fries anyway under the rest of the order. Got home - Missing 1 Fry order and 1 of the two wrapped sandwiches was not what was ordered.I haven't had issues here before as a customer, so that is important to note. But it really stinks there were so many mistakes in a row after spending $35 and I still got home with the wrong order. Everyone was kind and polite but in the end... the order got lost, was wrong, and then was wrong again.

This place sucks. If you want to go inside they try to pressure you to use a robot cashier and the you wait 20 years for a single burger because they prioritize drive thru. But then you go into the drive thru and you wait 30 minutes to have your order taken and another 30 minutes for your whoppers. It's because they run a skeleton crew and refuse to pay their employees. I have also heard they don't give their employees raises or vacations or anything. That's just evil and reprehensible. I will never ever return to this dump, for as long as I live. Neither will any of my friends or family. Go to burger king, instead.

I’ve been going to college at UConn for the last 4 years, between when I’ve door dashed or ordered myself I could not tell you how many times I get my nuggets without the sauce I ordered. Like it’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect the best service but it’s the consistency of getting my order living 20 minutes away and then not having my sauce. The only reason I’m order McDonald’s is because I’m hungry af and need it quickly so the nugs without sauce makes me have this inner “Karen”. Let’s hope I get my sauce next time or McDonalds is going to be giving me something free.

I originally rated them a one because of a stressful experience, but I recognize that they are making improvements. This store has very high volume and the wait time can be long, but the crew is getting better at dealing with it. The busiest McDonald's I have ever seen.

My breakfast sandwich and hash brown tasted_ old, not fresh or even what I expected.
2nd time with 3 raw quarter pounders. Ate inside and wife already took the worse to show managers. Timed 12min later and never received fresh meals. Money returned-

Somebody needs to call corporate or figure out who runs/owns the McDonald's here they insist on staying open till 1 am and do the following. Take random cash prices for an order even as early as 10pm they lose mobile orders in the system people waiting 20minutes to not even get their order this place needs help.
