Food was excellent. Service very good. Menu is a little smaller than expected. Little too noisy and a little too dark. Overall 4 stars
Chef is incredible! Food , is fresh, fabulous flavor, presentation is beautiful! A culinary delight! The bread and pasta is out of this world! A must go
Dinner was very good. We went for the $39 fixed price menu as the choices were to our liking. Started with the shredded kale salad (which should have been cut into smaller "shreds" as it was hard to eat) and the polenta with gorgonzola sauce. Very tasty. Salmon and coq au vin for entrees. Perfect size portions and delicious. Desserts were disappointing. Vanilla gelato with caramel sauce was basically a decent vanilla ice cream with a few drizzles of caramel which looked like the dessert had been pre-made and came out of the freezer. Lemon mousse crepes were odd. A crepe - nothing in it - with a dollop of lemon mousse on top that you had to spread over the crepe? Glasses of wine were expensive ($21 each) but good. Tyler was our waiter and he was great. Very attentive, helpful, knew the menu and ingredients, paced our courses and we didn't feel rushed. Ambiance was nice as we sat in the main room with the high ceiling. And the bread was fabulous. Definitely worth the $$ for the fixed price menu. I'd suggest other dessert choices thoiugh. We will be back for the regular menu!
From the exceptional service to the incredible food and warm hospitality, the entire experience was outstanding. It's clear how much care and love is poured into every detail and every dish. An all-around incredible experience.
Amazing drinks, amazing food, amazing service. The hibiscus margarita was a delightful treat with the ice cube made from hibiscus tea. The handmade pasta in my alla vodka was light and delicious, and the chocolate dessert was a perfect way to finish the meal. Plus all of the apps we sampled were fantastic. McKenzie made our celebration wonderful. Can't wait to come back again!
Grano did not disappoint! Every last morsel was delicious. The service was outstanding! We had the Mistacanza, Cacio e Pepe and the scallops with risotto. Amazing!
An exceptional dining experience! Food was delicious, fresh, rich flavors - cooked to perfection! Our servers were excellent - incredibly attentive - and made our celebration dinner a night to remember. Elegant yet relaxed ambiance, combined with the soft lighting, made for a truly special evening. Highly recommend Grano Aros.
Ours was a New Years' Eve dinner which at a lesser establishment would have been mediocre. Our meal was SUPERB!!! One of the best meals EVER. Remarkable feat for a full house second seating. BRAVO
Grano is consistently awesome. The menu is creative and fun, and the food is always, always just wonderful. The service and presentation stand out-many of the servers have been there for years, and they're knowledgeable about the wine, cocktails, and menu items.
My wife and I had been looking forward to going to Grano Arso for some time. We had heard such great things about the food and had been to Gargano Pasta a number of times. The food and ambience did not disappoint. The service, though incredibly friendly, attentive and professional, nevertheless made the dining experience feel rushed. We had barely started our cocktails when our salads arrived and had not finished them before our second courses arrived - making no allowance for savoring the meal and considering a wine choice. When we return - and we will - we will know to order one course at a time and at our pace, not theirs.

Phenomenal meal, as always, for my Birthday. The cocktails were seasonally perfect, the Lemon Ricotta Ravioli was the perfect mix of sweet and salty and cheesy and lemony. The Agnolotti del Plin (Roast Chicken stuffed pasta with foie gras and black truffle butter) was unlike any dish I've ever had - little pillows of absolute heaven. The Short Rib was tender and melted in your mouth, with an unexpected sear that gave it a touch of crispiness. Cannot recommend Grano Arso enough, time and again they blow me away.
Fantastic service! The specialty house cocktails and homemade bread never disappoint. The black bass was excellent, while the short ribs were okay. The citrus tart dessert was exactly what I hoped it would be! I highly recommend Grano Arso for a nice evening out in Chester.
Feast of the Seven Fishes was absolutely wonderful. Staff was super attentive and informative about the courses and wines. Food was delicious and atmosphere was festive. Well done Grano Arso!
Awful! Awful in every way! Food, portions, service, and soooo overpriced! Will never go back! Spent so much money, and not only we were still hungry, we left with very bad taste in our mouths!
Our waitress was exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable, the food was beyond the most delicious.
