Although there was a hiccup on our arrival, the manager and staff handled it quickly and beyond expectations. Can't give enough kudos to them. Dinner was great as usual and my guests from the UK throughly enjoyed our evening there.
Maker 37 has a gorgeous, secluded setting right on the Connecticut River, and the terrace view alone is worth the visit. Watching boats drift by under a blue sky, surrounded by colorful autumn trees, truly feels special — the location and view are amazing!

What a fantastic hidden gem in Chester CT. Lovely place inside a boat marina, gorgeous river view, relaxed nautical theme atmosphere. Almost reminiscent of the late Blue Oar. Small bar area, indoor tables and a big covered patio. Calamari was perfect, tomato burrata appetizer fresh and tasty, and a crispy delicious fig prosciutto flatbread. Very attentive staff. Bonus, they can accommodate gluten free, which is helpful for some of my family. 5 stars, will return to this establishment...
