The Anchor is fantastic! We live close by and frequent it as often as we can. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious and they’ve totally spruced up the place! The watermelon juice is so refreshing. I recently had the smash burger and fries…outrageous! 5 star for sure!

When Richard and Mario took over The Anchor, each regular visit sparked a new favorite. First, it was the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, then the burger melt, every single pastry, the cappuccino, the gnocchi sausage soup (I’m obsessed), the fries, boy oh boy, the fries! Today it is the maple bacon scone. If you haven’t made it there yet, definitely put it on your list of things to do. If you have been there, but haven’t yet this year, you will enjoy the renovations. During my visit, I enjoyed the Monte Cristo and a lemon pudding trifle, while my husband savored the Salmon Croissant along with several other delicious baked goods. The ordering process is simple—just walk up, place your order, and choose to sit and enjoy your meal or take it to go.
The dining area is small, cozy, and features a charming nautical theme. Outdoor seating is also available. You can't go wrong with this adorable little restaurant!

What a cozy little restaurant. My wife and I went to Balleks garden center to get an orchid plant when finished with our purchase we decided to look for a place to get a bite to eat .We searched on yelp and came across Anchor a small eatery in a marina. It was an excellent choice food was delicious. My wife said that the home made tomato soup was the best she'd ever had along with a grilled ham and Swiss cheese sandwich. I ordered a smash burger with mushrooms and Swiss cheese along with the truffle fries not to mention the root beer he has on tap OMG I can't say enough good things about this meal.The owner/chef behind the counter is very kind and friendly. His menu is quite extensive I'm sure everyone will be able to find something of their liking. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family give him a try you won't be disappointed.

I was at The Anchor over the weekend and it is amazing! I got the junior smash burger with apricot jam and brie. Who would have thought of that combination? Soooo delicious! The parmesan truffle fries were really good, so crispy and not overly salty. I finished with TWO desserts, the chocolate toffee chocolate chip, which was yummy and home made. I also got a brownie to go on the way out and ate it on the ride home, it might even have been my favorite brownie ever. Richard and Mario, the owners, are so friendly and welcoming and they have a large family network there with them and all of them were sweet, too. As if all of that was not enough, the setting is so cool: on the water, in a marina, if you're a boatie like me, you will give that a thumbs up, too. I can't wait to get back there and try other menu items that appealed to me, I had a hard time picking what i wanted. All of their pastries are home made every morning and they all looked good. If my boat were there, I'd gain fifty pounds a summer eating them all. Go try this place, it's so cute (make sure you check out the art on the walls, it's vintage boating stuff and really adorable) and there is seating outside so you can watch the boat action. I've been told that next summer there will be dock access for boaters, don't miss out on that!
It was the best smashburger I ever had with awesome awesome homemade fries the banana bread was to die for great service greeted you with a smile very good prices on all their meals and they all taste awesome wonderful atmosphere I'll recommend this little restaurant to everyone you won't be disappointed take it from a fat guy we know food and I definitely will be back God bless all of you and thank you for such great service

Very cute, in the marina, Richard is very nice and the burger with their homemade special sauce and hand cut fries hit the spot! Actually, much better than I had initially anticipated.
