I would go out of my way to eat this amazing food!!! If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. The place is small, so keep that in mind. Service is at a comfortable pace. The inside is cute, casual and clean. The food was so so good! I have yet to try the amazing looking pastries, but I bought them just too full To eat right now. Our party had the croissant Monte Cristo, which I Will dream about. The Fantastic Smashburger, The super yummy waffle, Delightful chai lattes, Perfectly cooked eggs and bacon, And a great iced coffee. Coffee station like Starbucks milk, cream, and sugar. Dog friendly outside. You must try!

Went during the weekend, very good food, we had a cheese burger, falafel wrap, fries and butternut squash bisque. The staff was friendly and prices were fair. I do recommend

Amazing I can’t say enough. So glad we came across this place. The food, the service, the atmosphere (inside and outside). Loved it. Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes.

Such a pity that I live 6hours away from this place as their Cubano Panini and Spinach & Artichoke Handpie are heavenly! I definitely have to stop by again on my way home!

Full transparency, I found this cozy little spot due to the restaurant defending themselves to a bad review on Facebook. Of course I was curious and looked it up. And so I must thank that person who didn’t enjoy their meal because they gained 2 more customers!! The Anchor is a little slice of heaven!! The menu was quaint and delicious for breakfast! They had an array of pastries on the counter that made me drool! I seriously cannot wait to come back here again!!! Trying lunch next time because the smash burger and fries are calling my name!!!

This restaurant is an absolute gem! My husband and I recently had lunch here and everything we tasted was amazing. Many of the menu items are made from scratch, and the quality comes through with every bite. I'm vegetarian and I felt like there were many options I could choose from, which isn't normally the case with other restaurants. There are a few tables inside the adorably decorated space, or some picnic tables outside.

Walked in and smelled delicious waffles, I resisted and opted for the soup. Fabulous. Cool music playing and service with a smile.

Hands down one of my favorite spots! Everything here is consistently excellent—burgers, truffle fries, Cuban sandwiches, mac & cheese, you name it. The specials are always creative and delicious, and their breakfast is top notch too. I’ve been here countless times and have never had a bad meal. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or snagging one of the few seats, this place is a must-try!

The owners are amazing people and the staff is always great as well.

The Anchor is fantastic! We live close by and frequent it as often as we can. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious and they’ve totally spruced up the place! The watermelon juice is so refreshing. I recently had the smash burger and fries…outrageous! 5 star for sure!

When Richard and Mario took over The Anchor, each regular visit sparked a new favorite. First, it was the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, then the burger melt, every single pastry, the cappuccino, the gnocchi sausage soup (I’m obsessed), the fries, boy oh boy, the fries! Today it is the maple bacon scone. If you haven’t made it there yet, definitely put it on your list of things to do. If you have been there, but haven’t yet this year, you will enjoy the renovations. Mario and Richard you outdo yourselves. (Located at Hays Haven Marina)
