Super slow service. I canceled my order after waiting over 30mins for a latte. They prioritize the drive through and forget about the people waiting inside and right in front of them. Then they get more offended when you ask to get your money back. Terrible service and management.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks in Connecticut,they never have the seasonal drink available,or something as simple as a caramel macchiato,always sold out ,having worked at a Starbucks for years there not sold out,the manager is just incapable of making a proper order of supplies,how do you run out of caramel macchiato? Despicable

Great drinks, they have very nice seating but I went to Starbuck to study but the employees were very loud; they were louder than the music but definitely not going there to study. I thought this Starbuck will be quiet. I was wrong. If you want a quiet place to do ur study or meeting, go Madison Starbuck.

Used to stop here regularly but have stopped recently due to drive thru times being 20 minutes plus for some drinks. If you like wasting your time and day this is the place to go.

They were super busy and I told him that I had quad espresso and I can’t wait 15 minutes and the girl said hey I got two shots. Here’s two more boom bang. I got my drink no bullshit went great. Also the unit is brand new and it was super busy. It was very clean inside. There was some condensation on the inside walls. Everybody was nice to me. Thank you so much

Super long wait times always. Last time there was grounds in my coffee; this time they got my order wrong. Worst Starbucks on the shoreline.

Extremely slow. Took over 30 min for just 2 coffees. The drive thru line is always blocking the cars parked and there is definitely a layout issue.

Definitely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. With 5 workers and no line inside, we shouldn’t be waiting 40+ minutes in the drive thru

I would avoid the drive thru at this Starbucks location. It's VERY slow, and you're likely going to be sitting in line for 10+ minutes when it gets busy.

I think it's a vastly understaffedStarbucks (Saturday afternoon). After lon wait lines, I was able to buy a coffee and was interested in pastries, and saw a couple of FLIES actually on top of the chocolate croissant that I was going to order! The staff are very nice and friendly, is likely that is just too many orders too handled by the team and they are doing their best. It really does need a higher investment in staff and resources.
