Definitely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. With 5 workers and no line inside, we shouldn’t be waiting 40+ minutes in the drive thru

I would avoid the drive thru at this Starbucks location. It's VERY slow, and you're likely going to be sitting in line for 10+ minutes when it gets busy.

I think it's a vastly understaffedStarbucks (Saturday afternoon). After lon wait lines, I was able to buy a coffee and was interested in pastries, and saw a couple of FLIES actually on top of the chocolate croissant that I was going to order! The staff are very nice and friendly, is likely that is just too many orders too handled by the team and they are doing their best. It really does need a higher investment in staff and resources.

Needs more employees. Work was extremely slow and there were only 2 workers working. Waited 45 minutes to get one coffee. No exit to leave if you’re in the drive through.

We were stuck in the drive through for more than 40 minutes and wasn't busy inside, not sure what's going on in there. Terrible location 🙁 good luck if you go there ,hope you don't get stuck in line!

Might want to consider hiring some help. Just went to order a coffee and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Three other customers after me walked out as well. Wife says the bathroom was gross to boot.

Love love love the berry refreshers! Window person always nice. Not a long wait in line. Starbucks is out favorite coffee shop!

I went today 07/24/2025, and I saw many flies inside the display!!!I saw many flies come out of the cake. I asked one of the workers and she told me this is only display. I was disgusted. Managers need to make sure that store is cleaned.

Worst Starbucks experience. I had asked for extra caramel, and when I checked my drink, it clearly didn’t have any extra. When I politely asked the barista to add more, she replied, “I already added 300 pounds of caramel” — seriously? I paid $7 for this and didn’t even get what I asked for. Horrible service.

And now, after just 1 hour, the drink has started developing some white stuff on top. I’m guessing the milk might be expired, or they used the wrong one — even though I specifically asked for whole milk. Completely unacceptable.

Avoid the drive through. I was on it for twenty minutes and the woman said they're short staffed, not an excuse, especially since they don't have an exit off the drive through line.

I have been sitting in the takeout lane for half an hour and I am still four cars back. There is no way to get out of line, and I will soon be late for an appointment. You need to have a timer at the front to warn off prospective customers who can’t spend this ridiculous amount of time waiting, if you are understaffed and/or iverwhelned.
