Ordered a trenta strawberry acai lemonade 10 minutes ago with light ice no berries. I swear the drink was 25% juice and 75% water. I drove back up to the drive-through to re-order it, no sorry or apology. Waited longer just to handed the exact drink with the same exact label. NO LEMONADE again but water and barely any juice. Poor service
Very rude young man working there today! Poor service!!!

They just take forever when it comes to ordering and getting you your order. I’ve gone when it hasn’t been busy and still takes longer than expected. Seems that the turnover rate is high so I don’t know what is going on

I was at this location on 08/1/25 picking up some coffee when I had I one of the most unpleasant and embarrassing experience I ever had at starbucks. Ordered a single coffee barista Kim asked my name couldn't talk because was on the phone . She turned her back and started laughing and telling other employees that I was refusing to give out my name. Supervisor Callin call me only to doubt my story and to side with his employee. Manager only called after several calls. As a patron of a much smaller starbucks located in oldsaybrook I was deeply disappointed by this employee that think is acceptable for someone to instead start off a busy workday in a positive and welcoming atmosphere start off as a mockery for someone who instead prefer to enforce a unprofessional and childish attitude towards someone who's only mistake was promote and stimulate a local business

I placed an order for a hot coffee on my phone, to pick up in the drive-thru. There were about 7 cars in front of me when I pulled in, and while I expected to wait a few minutes, the FOURTY MINUTE wait to get a single hot coffee was absolutely ridiculous! The worst part is that once you’re in the drive-thru, there is not way to get out without waiting. Poor design and even worse service.

I'm not sure about anyone else's experience, but mine would be greatly improved with the simple adding of a stopper to all drink orders. At least at the drive thru, to avoid spilling hot coffee all over my car in the transfer

Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. I wait 20+ minutes every single time even if there is only 2 people in front of me in the drive thru. Always short staffed.
I'm so sick of this location shutting off mobile ordering, blocking their drive thru off, and/or locking their doors and ignoring you

This Starbucks was absolutely disgusting. There was trash on 75% of the tables and chairs, every single trashcan in the restaurant was overflowing, and the floor was trashed. And not a single employee attempting to clean it up. My friends order was made wrong and mine had to be made twice since the first time she made it incorrectly.
