They were super busy and I told him that I had quad espresso and I can’t wait 15 minutes and the girl said hey I got two shots. Here’s two more boom bang. I got my drink no bullshit went great. Also the unit is brand new and it was super busy. It was very clean inside. There was some condensation on the inside walls. Everybody was nice to me. Thank you so much
I stop in occasionally to enjoy a hot beverage. Each time I get to experience pleasant customer service. I appreciate how Kelsey, and Collin, and staff multitask and create a comfortable vibe.
I'm not sure about anyone else's experience, but mine would be greatly improved with the simple adding of a stopper to all drink orders. At least at the drive thru, to avoid spilling hot coffee all over my car in the transfer
