When ordered a cannoli, I received this in hand, mind you I ordered this in the moment, so it wasn’t sitting on the counter for a while or sitting under the 80 degree weather ? I was waiting for the cannoli and got this. Don’t bother spending $4 on it. The food was OK. Not the best.

Have been coming her over the years, and you can always get a good slice of pizza, a good grinder, and to me, it was always a quick to go type of food. Have only eaten in the dining room a few times over the years. The service is great. You come in and usually get a slice of pizza, but that didn't happen today. I had baked potatoe pizza slice, and my son had a vegetable grinder. If you sit up front, you don't get waitstaff as often, but the girl was pleasant and asked if we needed anything else. I like the crust on this pizza. Crust is very important to me on a pizza. Haven't really had any bad experiences here. Always been yummy.

It’s not often I’m in Colchester, but we came to town to give Illiano’s a try! They have delicious NY style pizza and traditional Italian dishes. You can tell everything is made fresh! The pepperoni on the pizza had a nice crisp to it. All around a great meal, and I know if I lived closer this would be one of our go-to’s! Friendly staff and the mural in the front pizza parlor is so pretty!

I just ordered a salami grinder and it was 13 dollars it 4 slices of salami 2 slices of cheese 2 slices of tomato the rest was lettuce no oil or vinegar that I ask for never again

Only 2 people working and the card machine wasn't working. Both employees working on card machine ignoring customers. Our order got messed up so we left before getting to eat after a half hour wait after one meal was served and not the other because no one was attending to our needs. Sad. I use to love illianos but if this is what it's like, then management has gone down hill. If you're in the service business, service should be the priority and it surely wasn't this day.
