We love oysters & cherrystones...he will shuck them & give them to you on a bed of ice chips..beautiful, elegant presentation. (call ahead & give him time to havr them ready when u arrive!l) lobster bisque is outstanding! Escargots are scrumptious ! the selection of fresh fish is fantastic & he always has suggestions on how to prepare β‘ I 100% recommend.& we visit often!!
