I asked for well done and in the brick oven. Why folks give me a pie with the cheese looking like it was stuck in a microwave? Man, I said it like three times and the lady on the phone was very nice and said yup. So, either she didn’t do her job to say well done and brick oven, or the workers who worked there just disregarded the order so they could rush and put the other pies in. It is SO obvious it’s not in the brick oven so if your going to be lazy because it’s too much work you gotta at least COOK the pizza more to fake it since they always fake it being in the brick oven by cooking it more. If there are so many pizza restaurants in this town either somebody is setting the bar too low for the average colchester pizza standard or people just don’t care. I lived here 18 years of my life and the lackluster effort has been consistent. The wings are amazing, some of the best lemon peppers out there, but if your a pizza spot, then make good or at least put EFFORT in the pizza at a literal pizza.come on now
Ordered a large cheese and a grilled chicken salad for pick up, took 1 hour and 30 minutes, the chicken on the salad tasted like it was canned chicken, no disrespect to canned chicken, the pizza was way undercooked and I feel as though I could have gotten a better pizza from a gas station at 2 am, you call yourself a pizza place......do better seriously, extremely disappointed, I would give the entire experience a 1.8 and that's being generous

Just had my worst experience at this restaurant.....I have not been here in years, but I remember it being a decent spot. I came with my family, it has been an hour since being seated and no pizza. We had to request to get it boxed to go because how long the wait was.....no apologies from the waitress as well.....just terrible service....

Calamari and salad were very good. Plenty to eat. Took home a small pizza for later. Service was good considering the poor girl was by herself and it was busy. There was a sign looking to hiresomeone.
