If I could give negative stars, I would. This Dunkin’ location is an absolute disgrace. The workers here must be competing in a contest for who can mess up the most orders in the shortest amount of time — because there’s no other explanation for the chaos they served me today.
First, they managed to butcher every single item I ordered. Not just one mistake — everything. My croissant was burnt to a bitter, flaky crisp, like it was dragged through a wildfire and then stepped on. The coffee? Tasted like sewage run-off strained through a gym sock. I wouldn’t serve it to a raccoon.
And don’t get me started on the attitude. God forbid you ask them to double-check the order — the eye rolls nearly knocked me unconscious. I was treated like an inconvenience, not a paying customer. Sorry to interrupt your gossip session behind the counter, I guess?
This place is a masterclass in incompetence, laziness, and straight-up disrespect. Whoever is managing this hellhole should be ashamed. Shut it down, hose it off, and start over. I’d have a better experience drinking lukewarm puddle water in a parking lot.

Just stopped there tonight for a refresher. The guy operating the drive thru was so rude. He didn’t acknowledge me at the window no hi or anything. Proceeded to take my card to pay gave me my drink and just walked away from the window. No thank you no words said at all. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Dunkin before wow. He needs to be trained on customer service.

Went to Columbia Dunkin at around 12am Monday. Ordered a bacon egg cheese on croissant, hash browns, and frozen hot chocolate. The hash browns were hard and cold & the bacon egg and cheese was inedible. I took a bite and it just tasted gross and I had to spit it out.
Not too sure what’s going on, it seems like all of the Dunkin’s nearby make garbage now.

Saturday 6/14 about 10:40 am went the order counter and waited at least 5 minutes and no service! Seven people were behind the counter because I can’t say working, some would look at me and no acknowledgment and others kept their head . I walked out and just want to say the service beyond sucked , lazy people.

Staff was extremely slow pulled up to the window woman just held at her hand waiting for money didn't even tell me how much it was she then mumbles the amount I give her the money she hands me the coffee but not the donut I ordered. Told two different people at the drive-thru window that I ordered a donut and they just looked at me all confused don't know what's going on here staff seems slowed or high. Never got my donut lol

Food is good, when you actually get what you ordered or it isn't burnt. Was there this morning. 1 customer inside and myself at drive-thru. Found out afterwards that they didnt honor the $5 meal deal they're offering and forgot one of the wake-up wraps. I mean, how hard is it to handle 2 customers??? Multiple tlchances I've given this location and each time, there's something wrong yet the owner doesn't fix the issues with the staffing. It's ridiculous!
This is such a nice Dunkin! The staff was so friendly and very helpful, they really made my little ones drink fun and pretty. They have a community room for you to sit in if needed and a great place to sit and eat. The bathroom was very clean!
