I seem to try this dunkin every few months cuz it’s half a mile from where I live, but every time I get a coffee it tastes like hot sewage water. I’m not bold enough to try their food, but I’ve never had a good coffee here and most of the workers seem to hate their lives

Believe the reviews. I am all for saving the environment, but please put straws in the bag if I order 2 drinks. And read the drink slips. They will tell you exactly how every drink has been modified. It's a printed cheat sheet that will let you know I added this thing called pumpkin flavor to my coffee.

After multiple visits ( 5) and orders from inside and through the drive through, not one of the orders were correct . Drinks wrong , food wrong , food missing , had to go back multiple times and got attitude when requesting my order. Highly do not recommend.

I ordered a hot beverage with cream. After leaving, I made my way to interstate 91 before I was able to start drinking it. It was then I found that The cream they used was sour. Nothing I'm going to do about it now for a $3 drink.

This dunkin' donuts sucks. I drive past it every day to go to a different dunkin' donuts because of how bad it is and just reminded myself again this morning why I don't go here. Skip it guys it sucks trust me

Walked from car dealership to grab a coffee while I waited for my oil change. 3 employees looked at me completely ignored my presence and walked into the back..... not sure how you have any customers. Literally had to just walk out after being told to ring a bell for assistance and standing there for 5 minutes what a joke

The guy at the front window complemented my tattoos and he truly made my day! Our food n drinks came out perfect. This will forever be one of my favorite dunkins!❤️
If I could give negative stars, I would. This Dunkin’ location is an absolute disgrace. The workers here must be competing in a contest for who can mess up the most orders in the shortest amount of time — because there’s no other explanation for the chaos they served me today.
First, they managed to butcher every single item I ordered. Not just one mistake — everything. My croissant was burnt to a bitter, flaky crisp, like it was dragged through a wildfire and then stepped on. The coffee? Tasted like sewage run-off strained through a gym sock. I wouldn’t serve it to a raccoon.
And don’t get me started on the attitude. God forbid you ask them to double-check the order — the eye rolls nearly knocked me unconscious. I was treated like an inconvenience, not a paying customer. Sorry to interrupt your gossip session behind the counter, I guess?
This place is a masterclass in incompetence, laziness, and straight-up disrespect. Whoever is managing this hellhole should be ashamed. Shut it down, hose it off, and start over. I’d have a better experience drinking lukewarm puddle water in a parking lot.

Just stopped there tonight for a refresher. The guy operating the drive thru was so rude. He didn’t acknowledge me at the window no hi or anything. Proceeded to take my card to pay gave me my drink and just walked away from the window. No thank you no words said at all. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Dunkin before wow. He needs to be trained on customer service.

Went to Columbia Dunkin at around 12am Monday. Ordered a bacon egg cheese on croissant, hash browns, and frozen hot chocolate. The hash browns were hard and cold & the bacon egg and cheese was inedible. I took a bite and it just tasted gross and I had to spit it out.
Not too sure what’s going on, it seems like all of the Dunkin’s nearby make garbage now.

Saturday 6/14 about 10:40 am went the order counter and waited at least 5 minutes and no service! Seven people were behind the counter because I can’t say working, some would look at me and no acknowledgment and others kept their head . I walked out and just want to say the service beyond sucked , lazy people.
