The ladies were fantastic! They were friendly and we were met with smiles. The muffins were fresh and right out of the oven. The chocolate donut was the best gluten-free donut ive ever had! I definitely recommend this little hidden gem!

Wonderful little cafe everything there is gluten free. Almost all dairy free too. Many vegan options. Awesome place for healthier options. Many different wraps, salads, quality protein powders in variety of smoothies. Soup specials every week and a great bakery less sugars but very tasty. Staff kind courteous and always willing to adapt for your special dietary needs. Also on the site natural path doctors and massage therapy. Lots of good things going on go check them out.

The food is delicious, muffins are to die for. However, what is up with the Christian iconography all over the place? Outside looks like a cloister with statues of Saints, a gigantic Cross and even the stations of the Cross. I was completely weirded out. Definitely not an inviting atmosphere for those of different faiths.
