We visited the store today on the way home to pick up a couple prepackaged quarts. The person at the register was apparently not really interested in working. I asked about a particular flavor and she said if it wasn’t there it wasn’t available and went back to looking at her phone. She never offered to pack one from what they had in their freezers. We just grabbed another flavor to get out of there. When we were paying, again she spend most of her time looking at her phone....

Our BR store closed in my Pittsburgh neigbourhood years ago , so when my son moved to Greenwich , we are happy to visit BR at Greenwich for all our favorite ice cream Our grandkids love the store , as the servers are all very friendly and know them by names. Dunking Donut share this store location .
