My family has been going to Coventry Pizza since January upon recommendation from friends. It has quickly become one of our favorite spots and are consistently treated with care by Erica and the staff. The food is reasonably priced and always fresh. Erica goes above and beyond making our three young children feel welcome. They love the homemade brownies! Please support this treasure of a local business.

Have been a Coventry resident for numerous years, Coventry pizza has always been our go to restaurant. I have never once had such an awful experience with a waiter/ waitress at Coventry pizza as I did this evening March 9th, 2024. Waitress Erica was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon us ordering she was extremely rude. She looked very annoyed because of our order. We ordered a grinder with vegetables and requested that only the jalapeños are toasted and vegetables be put on last. We have ordered this in the past even over the phone for take out and never had an annoyed staff member also always done correctly. We had a group of 6 and had to wait around 40 minutes for any of our food to be put on the table. When we did notify the staff of the long wait magically we got our salads, appetizers and hot food all at once. The grinder we ordered was absolutely disgusting and extremely unappetizing. Erica had came back to the table and I showed her that the tomatoes that were supposed to be put on after were cooked into the bread. This made the entire grinder fall apart and extremely soggy. Erica tried telling us that the cooks did not toast the tomatoes.. as the tomato’s I showed her were falling apart in my hand due to them being cooked. Erica proceeded to come back to the table we had tried showing and telling her how soggy the bread was and falling apart she did not say a word and just walked away which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If an order is made incorrectly we would have no issue waiting to have it remade. However that was not an option for us since Erica did not care at all and just walked away without saying a word. The only option Erica gave us was to bring fresh tomatoes and onions. Which we only received 4 fresh tomatoes for a Giant grinder. Erica proceeded to ignore us each time she came back only speaking to the other side of the table. On my way out I overheard her bad mouthing us to customers. While bad mouthing us to customers I had asked Erica for her name and she ignored me I had to ask twice. After I did get her name she proceeded to make a rude remark to the customer that I had asked for her name. This IS ALL EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If Erica or the cooks had made a mistake we had no issue just wanted our food to be made correctly and be edible. I have never had an issue like this happen at this restaurant. Safe to say I will only order take out from Coventry pizza from now on. My family and I will never dine at this restaurant again unless professional, respectful wait staff is hired.

The food was great, affordable and delicious. Our waitress was excellent. She convinced us to try the cheesecake. It's the best cheesecake, either of us has ever had. The portion size was perfect as well. Enough to take some home. I had the Shipwreck. It was great!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Coventry Pizza. The clean environment created a welcoming atmosphere, and the prompt service impressed me as my food arrived quickly. However, I deducted a point due to receiving 2 flat wings and 6 drum wings instead of a more balanced mix. Despite this, the overall dining experience was delightful.

ordered take out And the wings seemed like they came from a bag of frozen chicken. The breading was falling off and some of the pieces were fused together They were all breading and no chicken and dripping in sauce and disgusting an not edible. Pastrami grinder was great and so was the stuffed shrimp But the salad that came with it had old brown lettuce and slimy cucumbers and the baked potato was old and brown inside. A big disappointment. I don't know if there's new owners, but the food used to be spot on all the time and always fresh

We haven't had this pizza in years, and decided to give it a try. WOW! Simple cheese pizza done right! In fact it was so good the family wanted it the next night. Crust is really nice and has an authentic taste. Sauce is not overly sweet and cheese was great. We had both cheese and pepperoni but everyone just raved about the cheese.

Coventry Pizza is consistently a great family restaurant. Their food is delicious. The decor is cozy. Their service can sometimes appear slow, however that is because everything is made to order and it is worth the wait. Even the bread and pasta sauce are homemade. The waitresses are attentive. All the staff are friendly and the customer service is great. The owner is awesome and always comes to our table and says hello. This has become our go-to restaurant and it feels like home whenever we come here.

I have been here a few times and every time I order food I am amazed at how good it is today was the shrimp Scampi and ir was awesome 5 collosel shrimp accompanied by what had to be a pound of angel hair pasta and a delicious sauce it also came a side salad a good size garlic bread all for around $21.00 great price,great food great portions highly recommend they never disappoint me.

Very dissapointed! We are regular customers here but tonight was so bad. We got 2 dinners, 1 pork chips and 1 barbeque steak. Nothing was good. I ordered baked potato and got rice which I don't like, garlic bread was dry and hard, salads were dumped out in the bag!! Steak was half fat and frizzle. Now the pork chop dinner was bad as well dry and over cooked. It was just a bad meal. Very dissapointed they usually have great food.But for 60.00 dollars we expected much better than this the whole meal was awful, we didn't go back because we don't live that close so we threw most of it in the trash. I know it was a busy night but even the spring rolls were burned and split apart just so sad!! Might be the last time we eat there!!!!
