Large Iced Coffee, All ice, 5 sips of coffee. Egg sandwich rock hard piece of sausage mystery meat. Cold mush hash browns. Should have went to cumberland farms.

It's only 8:20 pm. Lobby's supposed to be open til 9. I was GOING to use the bathroom & then buy something. But I have yet to figure out how to use a bathroom from a drive-thru. So: no bathroom for me = no business for you. I'll try CVS. Or Walgreens. Or Cumberland Farms.

Went to drive through for a drink I order regularly. Noticed it was made wrong and turned around and went inside. I carry myself with respect as I have bad anxiety and dont want to upset other people, especially in the work force. I go to the counter and let the lady know that my drink is made wrong, it’s usually darker and sweeter. A different employee comes up and tries to explain to me that the drink I order every day, isn’t sweet dark or sweet because of the things I put into it. I let her know that I order this drink daily and it’s never been like that. She then proceeded to aggressively make my drink. (which was made correctly the second time)
Most of the times we go there, we have some sort of issue with the drinks we order, and we order them correctly as we’ve worked at a Dunkin’ in the past. I don’t know if employees need to be retrained, or if they need to get rid of the drive thru timers, but quality needs to start being addressed and time needs to be a lower priority, especially if drinks and food can’t be made.

Constantly disappointed. Always get the order wrong for on The go order. Food is never consistent and usually taste old and dry. Used to be good but has been going downhill for the last few years. Will not be coming back.

Drink and food orders are consistently wrong, burnt or missing altogether. More than half the times coming here since moving this is the case and have had to return to correct the problem. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and go to another locaton.

Not the greatest ordering interaction. Felt very rushed. It was not busy. Additionally, all of the components of my breakfast sandwich were thrown randomly into the bag, and I had to reassemble the sandwich myself. 15 bucks for coffee and a breakfast sandwich and to get treated like a problem? No thanks.

Edited went back in a pinch for some time and the experience was even worse. Spent five minutes, trying to order my food with the clerk going in and out of conversation with me and multiple others I ordered a latte with a shot of extra espresso. They gave me two drinks it seems like no matter how simple I try to make my order they can never get it right. While I’m trying to clarify my order at the window, another woman is yelling. What do they have left because they didn’t have very many munchkins. I wasn’t upset or bothered by any of this, but the way they were all freaking out and acting was offputting. Then when I pulled forward to put my two drinks together, I was sarcastically asked if everything was all right then when I said oh, I’m just putting the extra shots of espresso in the latte tea again sarcastically said OK. Have a good day understaffed or not the way I was treated in the way the manager was treating. People was awful. I will absolutely never come here again.

this is my favorite dunkin because they always make my coffee right. also today i came through the drive thru crying because another dunkin had messed up my order and it spilled all over me in my car, so i just stopped at this dunkin for some napkins to clean it up and they insisted on remaking my drink that spilled. it was really nice of them to do that and it turned my bad morning around. thank you

My daughter and I always compare the DD's near her homes. Hers in NJ never gets her order right. At mine in Coventry they always do, and with a smile. The lower food rating isn't their fault, after all it is a Dunkin and I go there more for the coffee.

Place is a well-oiled machine. I bet you could blindfold half these workers and they would continue to operate at the exact same efficiency, that’s just how professional and skilled they are. Ordered 2 wake up wraps and a coffee; they were out in 3 minutes flat and loaded with bacon. Best Dunkin I’ve ever seen. If you’re the manager of this location and have any interest in joining the US Army, please reach out. You are 10x more competent than most battalion commanders I’ve encountered.

Ordered at 400 since we lost power. Gave them extra time and it was ready, but with the 4 people i saw they literally couldn't get my order right. Brisket hashbrowns with no brisket bacon egg no cheese had cheese on it (my daughter will now not have breakfast) donuts i ordered not right ones. Seriously there was no one else there and you just opened, give me a break.
