I usually have a good experience here but did not get any of the extras I paid for, and my cookies were burnt as hard as a rock. I emailed the owner about this right away and was told I’d be compensated. Over two weeks later, I have received zero further communication and have been ignored when I asked for a refund since I want this to be over. At this point my only choice is a chargeback. I’d recommend somewhere else. The workers are always polite but the management is lacking
It's awful. It's the worst subway I've ever been to. The lone person working here was inctedibly rude and overcharged me for everything. This place is awful and absolutely should be avoided at all costs.

i went in and asked for a 6 inch italian with ham and extra bacon, bro goes to put it in the toaster and theres only extra bacon so i ask 'oop whatabout the ham,,' he put on ham and takes off some bacon. i ask o is that extra bacon could i get extra please and he was just like yeah, i get to the register, he doesnt accept my coupon which hadnt expired but i understand not all loctions take the coupons :/ he rings me up for about 8 and a hlaf dollars and i assume the extra peice comes from me asking for extra bacon. i get home and open my sandwich and there literally a strip and a half, where did all my money go to. jesus fast food is failing

I order pickup from here a few times a month. It’s very spotty. I always do a pickup order and have my partner grab it after work. He doesn’t know what i order by details and they have asked him before (when it was already supposed to be ready) what we would like on our sandwiches. It’s on the order??? I don’t understand why you would ask when I already did that work myself and it’s clearly printed out. Today, I ordered a pickup order almost an hour in advance, giving ample time for completion. When my partner got there, the sandwiches were JUST starting to be made. This is unacceptable. If I order for a certain time with at least an hour notice, I expect my food to be ready. It would be one thing if they were busy and he was in the middle of it, but no. He started them right as my partner asked for them. I always order for a 240 pickup. Right in between lunch and dinner which I feel like is a not very busy time. Other times, it is ready before pickup and made correctly. I always tip 10-20% depending on how much my order is. I’m afraid if they won’t get it together I will have to give my business to either another location or another restraint all together. I enjoy my cheap, customizable sandwiches but something here needs to change. They fired all the good employees and hired subpar employees.

Ordered one of the new promotion sandwiches, bread was a little tough and skimpy fillings especially the chicken. Didn't take my coupons, said the system was down. Gave me 2 free cookies.

The girl working the counter was kind of rude. It took a long time to get the order and the bread was definitely not fresh.
I’ve never left a review before but my mom and I had such a terrible experience here today. it took almost 20 minutes for them to make 3 sandwiches. two of them ended up on the wrong bread and one did not get the right meat. there was a severe language barrier and unfortunately the worker just did not seem to understand what we were asking for. the bacon was floppy, the lettuce was soggy and brown and tomatoes were old. $40 and 20 minutes later we endedup throwing away the sandwiches. never had such an unfortunate experience at a subwaybefore

Went to subway in Coventry for lunch. Asked for a foot long steak and cheese on white. Guy started cutting cheese bread I told him again white after 3 try’s he got the white roll. Then again told him steak and cheese. He had no idea what I was talking about. It would be great if their employees knew English. I ended up with a turkey grinder from the gas station across the street.

Ordered two sandwiches for dinner last night. Mine was great. My wife ordered the same bread as I did, but her sandwich roll was as hard as a rock. Ended up throwing half of it in the garbage. Not impressed.
