Honestly the best subway experience I’ve ever had. Leo made us feel super welcome and we had a nice conversation while he was making out sandwiches. I always appreciate when employees actually seem interested connect with you. As someone new to coventry I will definitely be coming back. This was not what i typically expected from subway but I was really happy with my experience today.

My boyfriend placed a pick up order and they didn’t have what he ordered. Instead of cancelling the order they waited for him to come in after 30 minutes and refused him a refund. They tried to give him a cheaper sandwich and wouldn’t compensate him for the additional charge of the higher price sandwich he originally paid for.

Whoever was working jun/5 at 3:30pm charged me for veggie patties then told me there wasn't any then refused me a refund... Like what? Dude just illegally scammed me. Really refusing refunds now for stuff you don't have? Wackest person I have ever met

I am literally dying of ulcerative colitis, and today my body just randomly decided the ONLY food it would tolerate was a footlong tuna sub on Italian bread with provolone cheese, spinach, cucumbers, onions, and the sweet teriyaki dressing. and God bless the subway man who made it for me. I am eating it right now and as someone who is so sick they're actively looking for reasons to stay alive, this blessed sandwich is the best thing to ever happen to me.

So many mistakes in our orders, over and over again, for both me and my husband.
One time there was hot sauce on both our orders when neither of us ordered any, rendering the entire meal inedible.
Another time there were basically no veggies or protein on my order. I paid $10 for sugary bread.
And of course there have been peppers on a sandwich where none was ordered.
The workers are untrained and inattentive, and this happens so often that we can’t justify wasting any more money here.

I usually have a good experience here but did not get any of the extras I paid for, and my cookies were burnt as hard as a rock. I emailed the owner about this right away and was told I’d be compensated. Over two weeks later, I have received zero further communication and have been ignored when I asked for a refund since I want this to be over. At this point my only choice is a chargeback. I’d recommend somewhere else. The workers are always polite but the management is lacking

It's awful. It's the worst subway I've ever been to. The lone person working here was inctedibly rude and overcharged me for everything. This place is awful and absolutely should be avoided at all costs.

i went in and asked for a 6 inch italian with ham and extra bacon, bro goes to put it in the toaster and theres only extra bacon so i ask 'oop whatabout the ham,,' he put on ham and takes off some bacon. i ask o is that extra bacon could i get extra please and he was just like yeah, i get to the register, he doesnt accept my coupon which hadnt expired but i understand not all loctions take the coupons :/ he rings me up for about 8 and a hlaf dollars and i assume the extra peice comes from me asking for extra bacon. i get home and open my sandwich and there literally a strip and a half, where did all my money go to. jesus fast food is failing

I order pickup from here a few times a month. It’s very spotty. I always do a pickup order and have my partner grab it after work. He doesn’t know what i order by details and they have asked him before (when it was already supposed to be ready) what we would like on our sandwiches. It’s on the order??? I don’t understand why you would ask when I already did that work myself and it’s clearly printed out. Today, I ordered a pickup order almost an hour in advance, giving ample time for completion. When my partner got there, the sandwiches were JUST starting to be made. This is unacceptable. If I order for a certain time with at least an hour notice, I expect my food to be ready. It would be one thing if they were busy and he was in the middle of it, but no. He started them right as my partner asked for them. I always order for a 240 pickup. Right in between lunch and dinner which I feel like is a not very busy time. Other times, it is ready before pickup and made correctly. I always tip 10-20% depending on how much my order is. I’m afraid if they won’t get it together I will have to give my business to either another location or another restraint all together. I enjoy my cheap, customizable sandwiches but something here needs to change. They fired all the good employees and hired subpar employees.

Ordered one of the new promotion sandwiches, bread was a little tough and skimpy fillings especially the chicken. Didn't take my coupons, said the system was down. Gave me 2 free cookies.
