It was right before closing and they still took food, ice cream and Blizzard orders from us & we had multiple coupons and they did not once complain or say anything about our multiple coupons or about our large order, I never even caught them making a dirty look between themselves because they we're very nice professional people that took care of us and I enjoyed that for a change. I definitely will return to this store to make future purchases even though it's out of my way. Keep up the great work. Kudos to you and all your employees for a job well done not only with our food and ice cream but your customer service skills were spectacular

It's a greasy spoon kinda place. Everything is essentially fried or frozen. Food is good for what it is. People are pleasant, dining is clean, all in all a good choice as long as you know what you are getting.

The food is a 3.5 but google doesnât let you do half stars. The chicken tenders arenât worth the price. I feel like you can get bigger and better ones for roughly the same price anywhere else. The burger, on the other hand, was pretty decent. Definitely grilled properly and way better than any burger from the usual fast food spots like McDonaldâs, Burger King and Wendyâs. It was like $23 for a chicken tenders meal and a double cheeseburger. Iâd go back for the burger.

The food was amazing and the employees were all very welcoming and patient! I got to know the manager and she was very nice and understanding! Her name is Gilda! She even helped my dad who is blind with reading the menu! Overall, best experience so far in DQ!!!

Gilda is the manager?! She literally charged my mom twice for something just minutes ago and said âI didnât charge you twiceâ My mom calls her call number to check her transactions and YES SHE DID CHARGE HER TWICE. The machine messed up and she had to use the other machine, she didnât cancel the first order. AND SHE ALSO TOLD HER MEAL FOR HER AND DIDNT GIVE HER A CARD TO GO SIT DOWN WITH THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO! She didnât know what the hell she was doing. I thought that tall white man was the manager.. Heâs been there for years and DQ always was a great place to visit. This manager is pathetic. If your card doesnât go through, DO NOT PUT IT IN AGAIN without MAKING SURE THE ORDER IS CANCELLED. The fact I even heard her say she didnât charge my mom twice and actually did is crazy that she is literally the MANAGER RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LIKE THAT.. Let the white man run this place, he actually knows what the hell he is doing and fixes issues no problem. What is wrong with that manager? Clearly too old to be working there.. This is ridiculous. Always liked going there until recently with all the new people.. they are going to lose business.

Disappointed to hear the $8 meal deals end at 3pm. Went in with the kids on Father's Day and the Cromwell location said they're not available.
Decided to get a few things off the $6 combo menu and was again told that ends at 3pm.
Went to Texas Roadhouse instead.
