I feel bad for the workers there. There is no structure no flow. Extremely understaffed. It takes for ever to get your order. Who’s the manager here ? Does corporate know how this place is? The place was just remolded but the flow is still the same. Kudos to the workers there working under all that pressure.

I used the restroom at this location while waiting for my coffee. There was no soap and no hot water. When i informed the staff of this, i set a timer and sat in the cafe and waited for some1 to at least fill the soap dispenser. After 10 min had passed, i left. No one went to check on the lav. As a NURSE, i wonder. How are you cleaning you hands after using the facilities without soap?....and hot water? Glad i didnt buy any food items. Wont be back.

This place is terrible like really terrible. I asked for a small hot coffee form for it was super cold and I waited so long because they said that they’re fixing it. I’m supposed to get a fresh coffee then I told them it’s OK. I waited another three minutes They gave me a hot coffee filled all the way to the top, literally and the cap was open and I burnt my hand this place this bad I promise. This was on sep 2 2024

The tables were disgusting, under the tables were disgusting, they do not have a baby changing table in the bathroom, the sinks were disgusting I even spoke to the manager about it and she said she tried to scrub it but it wouldn't come clean. I will give it zero Stars if I can, I'm never going back there never ever again

Literally the worst dunkin in this area, the wait is always ridiculous inside and out. Coffee always tastes burnt, employees do nothing but fool around talking about personal stuff excessively loudly. Gentlemen next to me just got a frozen hash brown. Said I’d give it one more try since it’s been forever and that’s the end of that.

I love their Frozen Mocha coffee. It used to be called a Mocha Coolatta, but they changed the name. Sometimes when I get one, they drizzle Mocha on top of the whipped cream. Delicious!I also occasionally get their sausage egg and cheese croissant. They are good, but inconsistent. It depends primarily on who is making it.

Used to be good, but I'd find a different Dunkin now. The last few times I've been they have screwed up simple coffee orders.
I know it is just A Dunkin, I'm not expecting anything amazing, but most Dunkin are constant. At 2:15pm on a Saturday (not busy) I ordered hot coffee and the new watermelon Jelly doughnut. Got a Luke warm coffee and a butter crunch. When I called them out on the wrong donut they did fix it reluctantly.

Workers are very nice but that place is dusty and the floor needs to be clean ASAP. No one put a rag to work since who knows when. They need to learn ppl want to drink coffee NOT milk

On a consistent basis this Dunkin messes up orders and takes an average of 12-minutes to get through the drive-through, at times it can be over 30-minutes.It’a faster to drive across town to the other location. Today was the last straw, and I finally decided to leave the review. Something has to change. Literally, slowing America down.
