I’m picking up an order from the store and I have the order on my app so I showed it to a little girl working inside and she said it will be ready when it’s ready. That’s rude I cannot accept this I hope the manager can take them for a training of behaving that applies to the customers. If she doesn’t know how long it will take she can say one moment or one second I will ask but ((it will be ready when it’s ready)) this is something very rude

I recommend ordering in person and not through the app. Drive thru takes super long. Also I received a plain bagel BURT BLACK with my egg and cheese. I immediately came inside to confront the employees about this. A girl Destiny straight up said that without a receipt I could not get a refund. Could not even speak to anyone else. I will be contacting corporate.

Does anyone have the Dunkin app?.. I do.and it is very beneficial you get free food, donuts , and drinks. My favorite is the caramel swirl ice Latte, and the frozen coffee with caramel drizzle. Make sure you get that app!. Thank me later.

Moved to the area recently and this dunkin has never disappointed! They should be allowed to get tips, they deserve it!!!
The drive through here takes forever - food isn’t as good as the other Cromwell location.

We showed 35 minutes before they closed in December and were told they had no hot coffee; only iced coffees. How does Dunkin stay open and not have hot coffees until closing? Why are you open late if you’re not offering customers what they need? We purposely chose this exit for hot coffee on our long drive home and were very disappointed when we realized we went out of our way for nothing.

Since the remodel, I’ve been in there a few times. It seems every time I have to yell for somebody to help me at the counter. They completely ignore you when you go inside. I try to avoid that Dunkin like a bad habbit even though it’s the closest to me

I feel bad for the workers there. There is no structure no flow. Extremely understaffed. It takes for ever to get your order. Who’s the manager here ? Does corporate know how this place is? The place was just remolded but the flow is still the same. Kudos to the workers there working under all that pressure.
