This might be the most stylish Dunkin' location I've ever visited! Also, the barista made the best pumpkin latte I have ever had at a Dunkin'. The donuts were very fresh too.

Got the Cookie Butter Cloud Latte today after trying it at the Cromwell location yesterday.

It tasted a little bit off, with no crumble and foam. I get mistakes happen. So, I asked to have it remade and it was.

I ordered A medium strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea and I had asked for no ice. I was told if they give no ice they would have to charge me for a large because they were using.” More “ Product to make the medium. This is ridiculous that you’re actually charging customers for ice. If you’re charging more with no ice, that means you’re technically charging a medium for ice and then giving less product so I’m definitely not getting a medium therefore getting a small so you’re now charging medium price for a small drink. Employees and service here are not good in any event. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. They always hand out the wrong order and then forget what you ordered and give you things that are not yours.

I personally witnessed an employee putting back munchkins into the bins from a customer who walked in from their car with the box. This customer could have had her hands all over the returned munchkins or who knows what else. The manager was told and could have cared less. This location is very unsanitary, be careful.

there was multiple people on shift. MULTIPLE. tell me why, while one younger dude is running the window, register, food, etc, the other guy is chatting with a girl and playing with the mop bucket. these two were yelling across the establishment as well. i did not get the correct food items in my order BUT that kid was running around the BOH so that’s not the biggest issue. my issue is the fact that one of them was flirting on the clock and fooling around while they were getting busy and left his coworker alone to handle it. hopefully the one messing around can get some sort of “punishment”(which prob won’t happen.) for his lack of attentiveness and foolishness.
