Got the Cookie Butter Cloud Latte today after trying it at the Cromwell location yesterday.
It tasted a little bit off, with no crumble and foam. I get mistakes happen. So, I asked to have it remade and it was.

I absolutely love this particular location. Friendliness and customer service is consistently great! Very clean. Staff goes above and beyond! Morgan and Samantha are so personable and professional. You can tell that they love what they do!
