Diners of the Cromwell KFC must be the unhealthiest people of all. The chicken, all types. Original, crispy and spicy wings the fries. And the mashed potatoes gravy are ALL extremely overly SALTY. I voiced my concern to the manager and he said that's know it comes, he said they are preseason. I have to drive all the way cross town to the KFC on south main in Middletown just so I don't risk stroking out. This is ridiculous. This has been an occurrence at the Cromwell KFC every time I have eaten there this past at least 8 months. I am so done and will just keep driving cross town to preserve my health. Do you guys not taste your own food. If it all comes preseason like that the managers should start using different distributors or find out where Middletown orders their foods.

Do not ever go to this KFC in Cromwell Connecticut. The manager is awful and she’s rude and their business sucks. They charged me two times it was showing on my bank statement and on my online banking. And she still did not give me my money back!!!!!

They gotta fire her bro. So we go here all the time, right? Usually there’s this dude taking orders at the drive thru who’s great. Makes jokes, repeats the order several times to make sure it’s accurate, the whole thing. Love him. But every so often there’s this one lady who takes the orders, and every time she’s there, we already know the order is going to be wrong somehow. It’s like cartoonish at this point. We asked for two of the chicken bowls with the corn and mashed potatoes. One without gravy, and the other bowl with extra cheese. We even confirmed it at the window when we pulled up. She gave us one bowl without gravy AND extra cheese, and the other….without cheese for some reason?? The worst part is before hand she’d said she thought we said no cheese and we repeated the order so that she could get it in right. At the WINDOW. Meaning she realized she was wrong, said “oh well”, and just gave us the bowl without cheese anyway. And it’s like this every time with her?? Anyway food’s great, the other guy that takes orders always gets it right, fast drive thru, etc etc. But if you’re that one girl that took drive thru orders this Saturday afternoon, they gotta fire you girl. This is crazy
