The drive thru register was not working the night we came. There was no sign up to inform customers anywhere either. We were told once we pulled up to the drive thru menu/speaker that we would have to come inside the store to order and pay due to it being broken. Thankfully we went late in the evening so it was fairly empty and we didn't have to wait. The lady working the drive thru speaker was very kind, it was the poor planning of customer notification on the store's part (maybe hang up a sign at drive thru?) and the inconvenience of having to go back around to park, and then go in to order. My friend asked me while parking why couldn't they just ring up the order at the inside register, since they're wearing a head set already, and then take the money and serve the food and change at the drive thru window? I told her I really didn't know, especially since it was fairly empty, and in turn not busy at all! So ultimately that all factors into the low stars I gave. Even more so cause, tbh, I personally don't even care that much for KFC anymore and we were only there cause my friend wanted it! Lol!!!

30 minutes to close and they are out of what you really want to order. Better off at the south main st in middletown they will have it ready for you.

The food is good but the customer service here is horrible, from the middle aged Pakistani man in particular. He starts off rude from the beginning. He is completely cold, unfriendly, and defensive even when it is uncalled for. He never says thank you or you’re welcome. He shoves the food in your face and abruptly shuts the drive-thru door. That is NOT the American Way, where friendly service is key. Colonel Sanders would be rolling around in his grave if he learned of this kind of employee misrepresenting his brand, turning away repeat business. I have given this location chances, but the rude service from this employee is uncalled for and unsettling. There are TOO MANY friendly and happy people who need a job, and will do it with positive attitude. If I were the owner of this location, I would fire this ungrateful employee immediately, as he is hurting business behind his/her back.

Read the rest of the reviews. As terrible as they sound, they were correct. Oh where is Boston Chicken when you need them ? Nuff said. // Well that was then,.. but things have changed for the better, I'm very happy to say. So much so, that I'll call it a whole new experience. Everything has changed. Wait till you see and taste it. Now it's Five Star Classy. ☆☆☆☆☆

I asked for a butter packet for my biscuit on the cashier told me we don't carry those here it's a buttered biscuit it already has butter umm ...NO! IT'S MADE WITH BUTTER IT'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN ACTUALLY PUTTING BUTTER ON YOUR BISCUITS!!

Received a 10$ gift card from work, they said it didn’t work and to call the number on the back. Number on back said it was 10$ and the balance was available. They closed the window on us multiple times and made it difficult with the rain. The man was very rude, no pleases or thank yous and made us go around only to not accept the card again even though it worked.
