They gotta fire her bro. So we go here all the time, right? Usually there’s this dude taking orders at the drive thru who’s great. Makes jokes, repeats the order several times to make sure it’s accurate, the whole thing. Love him. But every so often there’s this one lady who takes the orders, and every time she’s there, we already know the order is going to be wrong somehow. It’s like cartoonish at this point. We asked for two of the chicken bowls with the corn and mashed potatoes. One without gravy, and the other bowl with extra cheese. We even confirmed it at the window when we pulled up. She gave us one bowl without gravy AND extra cheese, and the other….without cheese for some reason?? The worst part is before hand she’d said she thought we said no cheese and we repeated the order so that she could get it in right. At the WINDOW. Meaning she realized she was wrong, said “oh well”, and just gave us the bowl without cheese anyway. And it’s like this every time with her?? Anyway food’s great, the other guy that takes orders always gets it right, fast drive thru, etc etc. But if you’re that one girl that took drive thru orders this Saturday afternoon, they gotta fire you girl. This is crazy

KFC in Cromwell is one of the cleanest and amazing food places that I’ve experienced any time I go there mind you which is more often then not the food is always fresh and delicious the store is always very well kept and the staff are very nice the Mgr Iris always goes beyond and above if you haven’t tried there food yet you are definitely missing out!!!!

The absolute worst KFC in the entire country to go to .the people in there absolutely as rude as you can possibly be. They barely understand anything you’re saying and they get nasty and yell at you .if you don’t like your job just quit. Tues night 4/1/25 worst lady very unprofessional and extremely vulgar

The drive thru register was not working the night we came. There was no sign up to inform customers anywhere either. We were told once we pulled up to the drive thru menu/speaker that we would have to come inside the store to order and pay due to it being broken. Thankfully we went late in the evening so it was fairly empty and we didn't have to wait. The lady working the drive thru speaker was very kind, it was the poor planning of customer notification on the store's part (maybe hang up a sign at drive thru?) and the inconvenience of having to go back around to park, and then go in to order. My friend asked me while parking why couldn't they just ring up the order at the inside register, since they're wearing a head set already, and then take the money and serve the food and change at the drive thru window? I told her I really didn't know, especially since it was fairly empty, and in turn not busy at all! So ultimately that all factors into the low stars I gave. Even more so cause, tbh, I personally don't even care that much for KFC anymore and we were only there cause my friend wanted it! Lol!!!

The food is good but the customer service here is horrible, from the middle aged Pakistani man in particular. He starts off rude from the beginning. He is completely cold, unfriendly, and defensive even when it is uncalled for. He never says thank you or you’re welcome. He shoves the food in your face and abruptly shuts the drive-thru door. That is NOT the American Way, where friendly service is key. Colonel Sanders would be rolling around in his grave if he learned of this kind of employee misrepresenting his brand, turning away repeat business. I have given this location chances, but the rude service from this employee is uncalled for and unsettling. There are TOO MANY friendly and happy people who need a job, and will do it with positive attitude. If I were the owner of this location, I would fire this ungrateful employee immediately, as he is hurting business behind his/her back.

Order was supposed to be picked up by 12 waited 25 minutes for food that was in the pick up case because it’s screwed shut and no one would help us after repeatedly asking
