There has not been a single time I’ve utilized the drive through and not been asked to park and wait for my food, which usually consists of one happy meal as it’s my daughter’s post-chemo meal of choice. going inside usually the wait for food is up to 20 minutes as well. I just do not have the same experience at any other McDonalds. I’m here now and currently pulled over along with 3 other cars. There is no line at the drive through and inside is empty. The staff is friendly so I feel bad leaving a poor review but when it is every.single.time you need to start rethinking how you are operating this place. the longest we have parked and waited at the drive through was 20 minutes as well on more than one occasion.

The app took our order, paid for it. We went to the drive through line. Someone asked if we were using our app but then never returned. We went to the window and no one answered. We paid for our order and it was not fulfilled.

Drive thru worker shut the window in my face. They didn’t have my mobile order (which is fine, WiFi issues and such happens) but instead of telling me that or asking what it was, or telling me to go around/inside they just shut the window in my face and ignored me.

Every single time I come to this location they always treat the second drive threw with out priority. EVERY TIME they take for or 5 people and tell me to hold as the people who arrive after me pass me and get there order taken every time. Then after waiting today and letting 4 cars a head of me they even got my order wrong and they had me pull up and wait. Like I even waited and they couldn't get my order right. Come on guys I've seen to great managers and service is still horrible
