Good friendly service. Was looking for that that awesome grinder. Not. Really thick dense grinder bread. Not as meaty as appears advertised. Nice prepared salad . House dressing has nice flavor, but a bit heavy on the vinegar.

Food was perfect, employees respectable. The manager looked as though she came in off the clock and took the workers tips, and then went outside and I heard her say, "it was only $20." To her friend she was with, she had no right to the Tips of the working staff IMO. Would like that addressed the staff deserve their cash tips. no employee complained to me, I'm complaining because they worked hard to get me in and out of this store.

I've eaten at Nardelli's since I was a kid. This is an old style deli with hot and cold offerings. They have Amazing grinders! I love the meatball stuffed with meat and cheese. But then I tried the pulled pork. Touchdown! At every Nardelli's I've been to, everything is fresh and hot and sooo good. Look up their menu on a Nardelli's website. This one's in Cromwell. I frequently visit the Southington and Farmington stores. YUM!
