My sister and I stopped there after Christmas shopping and just got the salad bar. It was delicious. And we were pleasantly surprised that the tab only came to $15. There was a special going. ?

Not sure if they are going out of business but they seemed short staffed and certain food items were old and raggedy like the buns and tots. Both of us had trouble digesting after and I didn't have that issue at the other restaurant I went to recently. Otherwise, it was pleasant.

Service was excellent, reason for 3 stars was the quality of the food. Love Chilis chili - ordered a bowl without cheese. First bowl came out with cheese and super burnt, waitress brought a second bowl (no cheese) that looked like the chef had scraped the bottom of the pan, all burnt crust again When she came back I asked for a fresh bowl and the waitress knew right away after looking at this one. She came back with a fresh bowl and said she prepared it herself. I am in awe that the kitchen staff would send out two bowls of burnt, bottom of the barrel scrapings of chili. Have some pride in your work, people!

My first time visiting Ruby Tuesday with my family, and going to be my last time, orders 2 8oz Top Sirloin dinner with mashed potatoes, 2 Top Margaritas, an order of Buffalo wings. The Margaritas used the cheapest produce and it was awful and the 2 dinners looked like kids orders.

If I can give a negative review I would, the food was horrible, we got over cooked stale steaks and one of the stakes was cut in half, the waitress was nice enough to switch our plates and the food was still horrible. Thank god they are closing, thought to give it one last chance, worst mistake.

We love this spot! Our favorite bartender truly makes our weekly visit special. Layla is truly a gem and this bar would not be the same if she was not managing the space.

We make Ruby's a weekly dinner trip. Tonight we had Michelle and she was fantastic - kind, professional, cracked jokes with us, and brought drink refills before we asked (we like this). We'll be back!

I go here as often as 3 times a week. This location is the best in CT! Great food!The salad bar attendant is excellent at keeping everything fresh and stocked! The servers Laura and Layla (sorry if I mis-spelled) are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond what is expected and to be honest, deserve a raise! They always remember our order, they are on top of the refills, and just pleasant. I wish they were not closing down and building a TX roadhouse… going to be a sad day when that happens.

Good bang for your buck. The food is decent and fairly priced. There are about five[?] beers on draft. Novice waitstaff. Clean bathroom and ample parking at a convenient location.

No wonder why they are closing and going bankrupt… It hasn’t been good at all in a very long time… Thought I would give them another chance tonight and the corn in my meal was so over cooked it was hard and dried out… I asked for butter and sour cream with my potato didn’t get anything with it and the fries are hard as a rock… Thank God they’re closing

The website will not allow you to pay with anything but a card and for 2 days no one has answered the phone to order that way. I have a gift card to use for part of the order. Called quite a few times both Monday and Tuesday. Heck I called 6 times today (Tuesday) over the span of an hour. It says they’re open. I can’t even give them my business.
