REALLY nice gesture, it was a snowy day, and they were having a little trouble with ingredients... not only did they substitute things for me, they also just flat out refunded my money! So I got a free few burritos on the house for the trouble.

Don't even consider going here if you have somewhere to be afterwards. I waited 21 min in the drive-thru at 12:30PM on a Monday with only 2 cars in front of me. The gentleman was friendly and apologized but ownership needs to figure that out.

The crew working night shift on 12/12/25 were awesome. Made the food with care instead of sloppily slapping it together like usual at other locations. Best taco bell meal I've had in years!

Went for dinner for 3 people for 3 steak crunch wraps and that did the trick! Also went for breakfast steak crunch wrap in the morning the other day! Staff always fast and efficient.

Did not feel welcomed. Waited 20 minutes for my food. While workers just joked around in the back. Racial remarks about a individual only knowing Spanish really took the hunger out of me.
I hate this location! They are so disorganized and clearly don’t care. The employees are rude, off putting, and clearly don’t want to be there. This last time I had employees check in my mobile order and instead of telling their fellow employees what was going on, they left for the night and kept me waiting for 15 minutes after they ignored me for almost 5 minutes. Garbage location with useless staff!

The food is ok for fast food. The day l stopped by, you could only order from the kiosk eliminating your interaction with the employees so as customer service is concerned it sucks! No Hello, smiles...nothing! The condiments station needed refilling and l had to ask for items to eat my food. I can go on but what's the point!
By far the most clean taco bells I've been to. The staff was friendly. The service was fast and they delivered our order to the fullest.
