This is our second time but this time we had Adam and he was absolutely amazing! Amazing service, fast, and very knowledgeable of everything. Will definitely come back just for him.

While being a chain restaurant, and the food is the same at all locations, I want to point out the exceptional staff working at the Cromwell location. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant, but I would like to express gratitude for Erica. She remembers her customers and shows genuine interest in them and their well being. She's professional and inviting. Again, never had a bad experience with any of the bartenders, servers, or food runners, I would just like to point out a gem you have in Erica. Especially when she can recognize when someone has had a bad day... week... or whatever. I always hope she's working when I come in. Her energy is a welcome reset of life's BS.

We came in to celebrate a birthday. We had a party of 8 and they immediately refused to sit us all together stating they had to split us up. We get to our tables and there is a wide open table two feet away that is able to accommodate all of us. We ask to sit there and they say it's "closed" and they can't make any accommodations for us and we have to sit separately and can't be together as a family. I would get if there were no tables open but we also could've waited. They just refused to help us. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Don't waste your time!

hurtful worst night eating out ever ! - came out for birthday meal . greeted very nicely .asked to wait by rolls for min. very nice person smiling and cutting rolls then seated right away again nice person they young lady came had attitude ask if would like drink say only water took order . made me repeat everything twice . prime rib med.rare,baked potato ,salad left i started eating some peanuts she came back gave dirty look literally through a new bad of peanuts in bucket walked away . through they where their to be had but next thing i know she's coming back with more than one plate of food ! and tosses my plate to me as it slides half way across boot and it a end cut ! not looking very good as roasted side down a thick hunk that broke in two as it hit boot table ! and left , i just sat their unbelieving this is what i came out to pay money for no salad first no rolls nothing but disrespect ! well happy birthday to me . i sat their few min's got up and was leaving as another wait person went by i said "well that was rude " she kindly stopped and concernedly asked what i told her my meal tossed at me no salad no stop -this was to be my special birthday mean . she could see the hurt and i said please iam just going home the day is over .

We had my daughter’s birthday dinner 11/15/24 party of 6. Our server Johnathan was absolutely amazing and so attentive. Our food came out quickly and cooked to everyone’s liking. We had such a pleasant experience because of Johnathan and the Texas Roadhouse staff.

I love Texas roadhouse and meet the best service. Excellent food cook the way you want it. This is the only time that the sirloin wasn’t very juicy. I believe they must’ve placed a have your object to get the burn marks in a steak, but it takes the juice out, but otherwise fantastic
