OMG best prime rib anywhere!!! Great sides. You can order any size prime rib you want. Although this place is too loud with loud music. Turn it down a few notches!!! However this does not dissuade me from visiting weekly to get my meat on!

Out food took over a half an hour to come out, on a Saturday afternoon, and that was only after I have to remind the manager that we waited over a half an hour. And when it did come out, it was wrong. Seems every Texas Roadhouse that we go to has lousy service, or cannot get orders right. We're done with Texas Roadhouse. No wonder why the food is so cheap

Overall great experience. My party of 3 only waited a few minutes, despite how busy the restaurant was. Food was plentiful, served up quickly, and delicious. I had the bone-in ribeye with a salad and loaded baked potato. It was an excellent cut of meat and cooked exactly as I specified (med. rare).
Just be aware, they are not afraid to cook with salt here. You can taste it. I love salt, but some may not.

We have been to this restaurant multiple times!! The past 2 times the ribeye has been 1/2 the thickness of the ones advertised in your restaurant under the glass. My husband’s steak was literally 1/2” thick. The food was good, but because the steak was so thin, it was over cooked. We love this restaurant and pray you do better in living up to your advertising! BTW, the waiter Nick was phenomenal!! Both with courtesy and service!! Laura

10/7- update. Tried to give them a second chance, ordered food online to be ready at 6:15, arrived a few min early, texted, here, received response food not ready yet, after about 20 min of waiting, went in, food is ready sitting on the counter-now cold. Thx TXRH. And no i don't have time to wait around for you to make more food and don't bother with a voucher, your out of chances!
Very disappointed, had to ask for plates and peanuts. It was busy, which it usually is. Our food came fairly quickly, however I was completely skeeved out because it felt like my salad plate hadn't been washed. The waitress agreed and had another salad made for me to go, but i don't think ill be returning anytime soon.

It’s was trash! cold chilly cold steak cold loaded mashed potatoes overall crappy food . Service was great food was trash
We had fun. It was very loud the server was shouting just so we could hear her. The salad and salmon were good but the fried pickles and blooming onion were very salty.

While being a chain restaurant, and the food is the same at all locations, I want to point out the exceptional staff working at the Cromwell location. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant, but I would like to express gratitude for Erica. She remembers her customers and shows genuine interest in them and their well being. She's professional and inviting. Again, never had a bad experience with any of the bartenders, servers, or food runners, I would just like to point out a gem you have in Erica. Especially when she can recognize when someone has had a bad day... week... or whatever. I always hope she's working when I come in. Her energy is a welcome reset of life's BS.
