I-Pass this place on the way to my work and used to go occasionally but stopped because the service was so poor. Today I figured it's been a while I'll give it a try again. What a mistake Harriet the people there do not speak English at all and cannot understand English at all. And furthermore they'll act like you're messed up. So after explaining my order four separate times to somebody who was increasingly rude they still managed to mess up my order I had to go all the way back around to get the chicken nuggets for my dog and was late to work in order to do so. This has happened multiple times to me I'm beginning to think that they're just pretending they don't understand so that they can either eat the food or pocket the money. But something is very suspicious to me

This location is an absolute dump. No AC, no ice, the bathroom looks and smells like it belongs in a gas station, the lobby is so bland and out dated. Idk how a DM or corporate let all this slide. The ONLY saving grace of this review is the staff. They work hard and are super friendly even when frustrated. Its hard work so frustration and attitude are two different things and the staff are always kicking butt. Food could be fresher. You used to go to Wendys expecting to pay more but also expecting higher quality food: now its the same as McD and BK. This location should be torn down and rebuilt.

Today has been the only day that I’ve been extremely disappointed that exactly 6:30 PM. I walked into this Wendy’s. It wasn’t greeted properly as a sit there and listen to the gossip of what this chick or that chick thinks highly disappointed because the staff is normally A1 but today the staff that was in there need a route awakening. Next time I plan on going somewhere else if they’re working in there, I’ve been disgusted with their behavior and their lack of service.

I had a great experience at this Wendy’s location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. My food was fresh, and the service was quick. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile—definitely one of the better fast food spots around!

3 frosty took 40 minutes to get IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. AND when we got to the window the guy seemed drunk and/or high. Our frosted were melted too.

Very dirty employees inside, gave me a dry old burger patty, that too with a curly hair inside the burger. I had to vomit. Never coming back. Don't go there. The service was decent but what am I gonna do with good service if the food is trash ?

Employees are always friendly and polite, the problem is the inconsistency, orders are slowly entered incorrectly far too often, orders are prepared incorrectly often and takes even longer to correct and receive, parking lot has more pot holes than the whole town combined, I work down the street and have been trying to give them a chance for a repeat lunch break stop but every time I have gone it's one thing or the other, spend nearly my whole lunch break waiting, and twice I've had to just leave and come back a different time to receive my order I paid for but couldn't wait any longer to receive, (I called and explained I couldn't wait any longer and they always honor the meal at a later time for me to come in) I hold no animosity towards the individuals, just want to give people an honest look of what they MIGHT be walking into.

Honestly I am so disappointed with this Wendy's, I had a coupon 2 for $7 I asked for Spicy chicken nuggets and a Dave's Single with no Ketchup, and instead they gave Me a chicken sandwich with only the piece of chicken in it, nothing else no lettuce or mayonnaise, like really just the plain chicken 😑

The driveway for both entrances is so raggedy it messes up folks tires. There are literally huge holes in the ground.
