Normally they're good, but on days you're supposed get free spicy chickens which a purchase, coincidentally they're "app is down". It's always on these "deal days too". I've tested it three times in a row. That's shady.

I stopped here to get a Dave’s Single Cheeseburger, but when the person at the drive thru asked if I wanted to take advantage of their 2 for $7 deal, I said yes and added in a small order of French fries. The food was decent, but because I got sidetracked, I forgot to say no condiments, so I ended up with ketchup (and I think mayo?), which I am not a fan of. I like my food and prefer it without any condiments. The fries were just not up to par - not crispy and somewhat cold. I like em hot and crispy. The staff is nice. The area is busy. Entering the parking lot is a little tricky.

Went there tonight and was told my Biggie Bag would be upcharged because they only had lemonade and no soda. Paid the extra whatever. But I ordered Frostys because I and my wife both have one. We get to the window and get our stuff, and there are no Frostys. So I politely asked for the Frostys and showed the tags. Not a big deal he forgot. He was very polite and even calmly tried to explain to the manager who asked if I got my food what I was just sitting at the window for. Then the manager yells at me and says, "NEXT TIME SAY IT AT THE ORDER BOX!" I politely mentioned I did, and she gave me more attitude. It took the staff member to make the new thin mint Frostys, and he handed them to us. I said to the employee jokingly. "Damn, Wendy's always finding ways for you to work harder," aiming at the work they have to put into the Frosty. She pushed him out of the way, gave me a dirty look, and slammed the window in my face with force. I did nothing wrong. 🤷🏽 If she didn't hear me order the Frostys, that's not on me. The customer is always right, especially in a case like this! We go here weekly; I guess it's time to change to someone else.

Whether drive thru or in person, they will always mess up your order. 3 times in a row that I've been here, ordered nuggets, and never got them. I refuse to drive back because I'm already home when I notice. Check your bags. Noone there who is bagging the food, pays attention.

I ordered a Wendy's Dave Single and a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Both of them were perfectly cooked and the best Hamburg I've had in a long time. The Workers were wonderful.
There was no chairs or tables to sit.open concept.Walk in get order and leave it was ehh.ok

Thank you Wendy’s drive thru! It’s a Weds. night at 11 and my girlfriend and I didn’t eat dinner so we ran to Wendy’s and boy am I glad we did! There was a very tall guy (looked like a manager, he was wearing a polo shirt not regular uniform. Him and the other worker looked pretty busy, but man he came back and made sure we got our drinks! the food was hot and fresh! Those guys were working so hard. Thank you so much to you both!
