We needed to get a quick breakfast and figured a basic egg, bacon and cheese on a hard roll would be hard to mess up. I was wrong. It came out flattened like someone pushed it down hard on purpose. The flavor was bland and the eggs were over done and way too crispy on the edges so you literally couldn’t chew through it. The cranberry juice was very dilute and the hash browns were ridiculously oily. I know they are deep fried, but even McDonalds has less oily hash browns. I’d guess the temperature of their deep fryer was too low so it absorbed all the oil. It was inedible. The waitress asked if there was something wrong with them and I explained. There was no offer to take it off the bill. The place was pretty empty and it still took too long to take our order. All in all I would not recommend this place.

I used to come to this diner when I went to school at WestcConn 20 years ago. A lot of things have changed, but two things that haven’t are the incredible food and fantastic service! A lot of diners in the area are not as good as they used to be, but 3 Brothers is still serving up the best of the best!

The best home fries, done just the way I like them! Turkey sausage had great flavor, fluffy scrambled eggs. Highly recommend for breakfast
