Haven't been to Amigos in a while as there are better and cheaper options of Latin food in the area. But this time, I ordered their Cubano, while it's not as good as the ones I've had in Florida, this satisfied the craving. It had lettuce and tomato, which seemed odd but it added an extra flavor and crunch. Huge sandwich, reasonably priced. BF liked the chopped cheese sandwich as well. The rice dish with stewed pork was good but it was mostly bones and not a lot of meat, plenty of rice and beans, not worth the money. Service is always quick and friendly.

Be careful when they are weighing your food . Cuz they might do a lil trick they have on weighing something more expensive like pichaña when it was supposed to be for like chicken wings. They’re slick . They did that to me and told me they were gonna take care of it and its been over 5 month and i had to dispute it with my bank.

The staff is friendly and very clean. Great music and atmosphere. You get that family feel to it. The food is a big 10/10! The pork and chicken thighs were my favorite so far. Great prices too. This place is definitely a MUST TRY!!!!

I had the Cuban sandwich which was good. I see they changed to a self serve bar, which I don't particularly like, but that's just my preference.

PROS & CONSPROS: Polite and friendly service. I ordered food from the menu, and it was made fresh. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat in. Clean environment.CONS: The empanada interior beef was lacking. Half the empanda was empty. $3.50 for a half empty empanada. Pictures included.Overall, the food is tasty, and the burrito did fill me up. I would eat here again and would suggest avoiding empanada until they start filling them up properly. Enjoy.

Absolutely fantastic food. They give you a heaping serving of rice and beans and a meat of your choice for just a little over eight dollars for the small. And that’s for the small!!!!! I got brown rice and peas, black beans, and half of a roasted chicken. I have to come earlier in the day to try the fried fish, it looks SO good. service is incredibly friendly and multi-lingual. Great assortments of imported goods with unbeatable prices! I can’t wait to come back to get some fresh meat from the butcher as well. The only critique I have is of the musse de maracujá because it tasted like cheese. This might be a different way of making it that I’ve never tried before and it’s all personal preference!
