Really disappointed in this place. Pizza is literally in the name and they DO NOT serve pizza. I called to place an order like I always have for years and was put on hold just so someone else could pick up and tell me they don't have pizza. Did they change ownership? Confused and disappointed.

Very odd place. The sign says pizza. It looks like a pizza restaurant. Then I walked in. All the windows are covered. There was no tables inside. Kids running around. I asked a Spanish lady if they had pizza. She looked at me almost in total disbelief that I’m asking for pizza. I don’t think she understood me. There was a bunch of people outside cooking something in a big pot and listening to Spanish music. The entire situation was just really strange. And they most definitely did not have any pizza. Pretty sure it’s just some sort of Spanish social club. Not a pizza restaurant.

TakeOut Pizza. I am a real foody. Come from NYC. This is the closest thing to NYC pizza I've had since moving to Putnam, then Westchester, and now Fairfield county. Always on time for take out. Pizza well made. Any issues are resolved without difficulty and with apologies. LOVE IT. I have not tried any other meals since I am a home chef and eat this pizza when in a pinch.

We had a great pizza served here last night. Service was great & friendly. They had received a huge order (22 pizzas) and said it would be awhile. We were seated and they bought us some freshly made garlic rolls and dipping sauce, complimentary. We did not wait much longer and pizza was served. We are from out of state unfortunately, as we would be back again if not. One of the best pizza we have had.

I didn't like it so much and neither did my girlfriend. The waiter was very nice so far and the atmosphere was also so far fine . Only what bothered was the music , music from the radio which is not so bad if the music would fit . A couple of years ago I was there with a friend as well as it was nicer and better. The pizza was unfortunately not so Leker had evening at home something with my stomach and my best friend too . So I'm not going back there like that. Sorry

This place 100% has the best pizza in Danbury. I will die on that hill. I live near the Mill Plain area and a lot of the pizza places on over there are not good. Tuscaneros is the one exception and I love their food; but if Michael Angelo's is open, I'm going there.

Overall, Angelo's Pizza is a great place to get a delicious and authentic New York-style pizza. They have a wide variety of toppings to choose from, and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend Angelo's to anyone looking for a great pizza in Danbury.
