I stopped by Auntie Anne’s for a quick snack and asked for a small pretzel, only to be told they only had large ones. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted to push the more expensive option instead of giving customers a choice. On top of that, the pretzels weren’t even hot what’s the point of getting a fresh pretzel if it’s lukewarm at best? To top it off, they charge extra for cheese, even though you’re already paying for the pretzel. Shouldn’t at least a little bit of dip be included? Overall, not the best experience.

My daughter wanted to buy some pretzels with her own money. Unfortunately, we were told they don’t accept $50 or $100 bills. I just want to point out that refusing cash in Connecticut is illegal. You just lost a customer. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

At least a dozen times ordered cinn sugar pretzel bites...literally the smallest amount of sugar to the point the pretzels look plain...for $8.04 might I add!! And they want a tip which in order to opt out of you have to manually go in and change your tip to a custom amount of $0. Avoid unless you want plain overpriced pretzels and then asked to tip for those crummy pretzels!!

Not sure what they did but as soon as I ate the pretzel bites I felt ill. Not good.

If you could give 0 stars, would do it. They are rude and the pretzel was so old, my child could barely eat it. Disgusting. There should be some oversight from the mall of these places.

Cashier kept telling customers they ran out. So you can only buy the Pretzels in the front case. So I did too. I got a regular Pretzel, and it was stale. This happened on a Sunday early afternoon. Disappointed.

Prices are up but they give you less? What happened to the big and thick pretzels? Now they're skinny. What a joke

Good pretzels, too expensive though.

Located at the main mall entrance. They are a little pricey, but the pretzels are buttery and delicious. Sign up for the app to get rewarded.

The guy today working huffed at my face after I asked politely for pretzels, rolled his eyes at me than yelled at me after i asked him to repeat himself because he mumbled. Absolute worse service i’ve ever come by. He was incredibly rude and might as well have slapped me because i was emotionally hurt.
