I ordered through their Chow Now app, my order was never delivered. I have tried to call the store over a dozen times and no one ever answers. The food is good but not worth the hassle and the terrible service. After years of ordering from them, I won’t be doing it again.

very disappointed ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel this is not the first or second time i always like to give a place a few try’s cause i would like to give them the benefit but this is the lamest bagel i have ever got and they r expensive I will not be going back anymore since this is the third time this has happened . the staff is very nice and the place is clean but the food is not up to par for $4.00 or a single bagel that expensive when there is nothing on it

Insanely expensive. and not worth the money. Most other bagel places half the price and twice as good. Because they are close to the school they think the students will pay whatever they ask. Shame on you for ripping off college students
My wife and I used to go here at least once a week. We love the bagels and it was the best in the area.
The reason we stopped going is because they keep raising the price of everything while the quality is lowering. $6 for a bacon egg and cheese? $3 for a buttered bagel? Highway robbery and greed at its finest.
Can’t blame the economy for this either. Other places in more expensive areas are not charging that much. Go check some of those out instead of this ripoff.
