Bagelman is a nice breakfast spot. They have lots of delicious selections for bagels and breakfast items and drinks on the go. The service is fast and friendly.

If you live or work in the Danbury area, you’ve probably heard about the hype surrounding Bagelman. From what I’ve experienced yes, the service is great, but the bagels are just “okay.” They’re all freshly made, but seem to lack a great degree of flavor IMO. And per my request, the bagel was toasted, but the degree of butter added was excessive, giving the bagel a soggy texture.Given it was my first time at Bagelman, the environment felt incredibly chaotic. The area surrounding the counter, and between counter and door, was very small. The line was blocking the entrance and it was hard to determine exactly where to stand. With this in mind, I don’t feel like I had the best opportunity to really explore or appreciate the different menu items. As a consideration, it would be nicer to have the menus behind the counter printed in larger font for easier accessibility. In addition to my garlic bagel, I also got a hazelnut latte. For a little over $6, I was pleasantly surprised by Bagelman’s prices, and while my bagel was just “okay,” my latte offered a nice morning pick-me-up. All things considering, I wouldn’t mind stopping in again and maybe picking up a bagel or treat more to my liking.

Ordered a plain bagel w/ cream cheese to-go for $3.49. Was charged $4 & change, plus tip. Got home and there’s no cream cheese plus CT tax shouldn’t brought the order over $4. Paid over $5 for one bagel & got my order wrong. If you go, please double check you’re charged the correct amount and you have the correct order before you leave.

Ordered two sandwiches. One was supposed to be a sloppy Russian. I got a totally different sandwich. When I called the place, I got a nasty, Hispanic female on the phone who was very uncooperative and nasty. Mill Plain

Big fan of bagel man since young :) their quality depends on the day sometimes but it’s always fun to try new things here. Although their prices went up it’s still affordable for the quality. Ordering is easy sometimes takes a while you just have to come at those sweet quiet times in the middle of rushes. Otherwise, online or phone orders are easy.

Some of the best bagels around. Nothing like a BEC especially when you can't get the rolls down south.Just a few bagels for back home. A little ironic that we're bagging Bagelman bagels in front of another bagel shop in Yorktown

Great bagel shop, sometimes they are very busy which takes extra time for your food but it's worth the wait.

THE Great Round One, Bagelman is a must stop for anyone traveling through in I-84 and a locals' favorite. Breakfast sandwhiches that can't be beat, great coffee, reasonable prices, and all served quickly with a smile. All of their bagels are delcious, but if you're feel especially hungry, ask for a breakfast sanwhich with double meat and egg, or the open face chicken parm on an everything.Clean restrooms, large parking lot out front. Seating is available inside, and there are picnic tables outside with umbrellas during the summer.Parking: Large lot out front always has spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids always love bagels.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs and a double door if need be.

The only decent sandwich place in danbury but it's a covid pit on Saturdays. I like their bagel sandwiches though.
