Overall, great service. Personable service. Hosted my husband 70th back in 2022. Yesterday (9/1/24) They hosted my son’s 50th birthday. The owner and staff were great. Menus was personalized!, tablecloth and napkins as requested. From the kitchen to server’s was exceptionally great!
Dietary restrictions: Flexible in changing recipes substituting other vegetables or other ingredients.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids friendly. This the second time my grand nephew has dined in the patio area free to move around.
Wheelchair accessibility: The patio area is easy in and out. Restrooms accessible to accommodate wheelchair.
Mannnnn that Bread pudding w/ egg nog was hitting steak was well done and not dry I drove an hour and 20 minutes back home with a full belly batttling with the itis ?great food I’ll definitely come back
Barbaries black angus is centrally located in the city of Danbury across from the walmart plaza. The restaurant features inside and outside seating. Our family had a reservation for 7pm, we arrived a few minutes late but were promptly seated. I had the skirt steak, my wife the fillet along with the gorgonzola sauce and mashed potatoes . The steaks were some of the best we’ve ever had. Very well seasoned and cooked medium, with The sauce it was the perfect blend. Ive had more expensive steaks but this one takes it!

Had the filet on toast lunch special. Loved the meal and the steak knife which was created just down the road at the ergo knife factory. Bartender was very attentive. Will definitely be back. They have a fixed price for course lunch deal that I'll be checking out next time if I can eat it all. Soup, appetizer, main dish and dessert for 20 something dollars
This has been my favorite go to restaurant for 2 years now. I've had most of the menu at this point and everything I've had has been amazing.
My favorite thing to get is the Black Angus Chili Nachos, and the Cowboy Ribeye with a side of creamed spinach or creamed corn.
If you go there with another person who likes their steak cooked the same as you, the Tomahawk Steak for Two is perfect, honestly a good deal for what you get with it, and neither of you will leave there disappointed.
