Basilico Pizza Pasta & Gourmet

No one ever answers the phone and they don’t seem to know how to run a business. It’s a shame what they’ve done to the name of what used to be a great pizza place. Such a disappointment.

I like their food but when I tried to order online, the site wouldn’t let me. Then I tried to call & got an automated response that the site wasn’t set up! I had no choice but to order somewhere else! Disappointed!

I bought a Groupon for two specialty pizzas and when I arrived at the location it was closed. I asked a restaurant by them what happened and they said they have been closed for three weeks. I contacted Groupon to get credit for what I bought and I only received 8.80. Even though I paid 20 for the Groupon.

This place should be called Basura and cross contamination. Dirty floors. Dingy and chipped dishes. Psycho and disgusting girl, answering the phone. Terrible delivery, service. Food, is far from Italian, let alone, Gourmet. Burned pizza, over cooked pasta. Burnt, garlic nots. Flavorless entrees. Seriously! Close this place and put a Domino’s, there.At least, you know what you’re getting, other than food poisoning.

I ordered my favorite pizza (vodka Margarita) and it was disgusting. Idk what has changed but the pizza is just not the same. The price of their pizza is a lot more then other places and the quality is terrible. Never again.

The buffalo chicken pizza used to be my favorite from here. Got it tonight and it had I think pesto? on it or something very strong that I've never had on a buffalo chicken from anywhere and it was disgusting. Uneatable level of disgusting. At least put on the menu that thats how its now made. I would have never ordered it had I know

Food is ok. Delivery is a nice option. Prices are reasonable.

I ordered a shrimp scampi pizza and an eggplant rollatini pizza. I was very happy with both of them. They both were delicious, and I would re-order them anytime. The delivery also was right on time, and the delivery person was very nice.

I think he should start by paying his employees. I worked for this guy one day I got sick out of nowhere I told them a day b4 I couldn't make it to work specially now with this pandemic he ows me $2400 and he refuses to pay me whats mine. how unprofesional and I'm not the only one this has happend to I witnessed the same act with other plp wich I dont know if he ever payed them..I'm not fighting for $10 I'm fighting for 2 weeks of labor wich is $2400

Pizza is good but I can’t explain how their cake is. I feel sorry I can’t post a picture of it to see how old and musty their chocolate cake was !

Tremendous customer service. Needed a pizza to be delivered to my daughter right when school ended. Alex the delivery driver was exceptional. The food is great.Would highly recommend
