I wanna give a good review because the bite I took was good until I found one of these pine like needles on my burger and I have no idea what it is. My list of topping doesn’t include whatever it is… can anyone identify these
Used to love this place, but I keep getting rubbery avocado (ie inedible, and a waste of $). The real nail in the coffin though was the $2 increase in delivery fee AFTER I placed the order!!!! So I was authorizing a lower price, and then they charged me more!!! I was ordering through the BGR app, so it’s no one’s fault but BGR for being shady!
I have had a great experience every time I've been there. The burger (and bun) tastes great and the fries are fresh and generously portioned. This is an order and pickup restaurant so as long as your order is entered and cooked correctly there really isn't much interaction with staff which is fine, but they always seemed nice to me.There are now two burger joints in the Mall and I've been to both a number of times. Red Robin is a sit down and be served experience which offers food beyond burgers and offers lots of dessert options. Where they fall apart is that service which is often slow and error prone. By the time you get the french fry refills they promise it's too late to care. With BGR you place your order at the counter and pick it up when ready. The burgers are always good and you get so many fries the first time you're not going to want more. I think they offer some desserts, but never made it that far. You are well fed from BGR in the time it would take Red Robin to incorrectly bring you your order. My only complaint with BGR is when you see onion rings delivered to another table you WANT them, but for me a burger isn't complete without fries and an order of onion rings is huge and I really only need a couple. I've occasionally been able to order half fries half rings which is perfect.
Here's a tip: Don't go here. The door is the best thing in this joint.
Good burger that is way over priced.
I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 burgers/fries and drinks.. $50!!!! So I figured it was going to be amazing......NOT. The burgers were mediocre, my sweet potato fries were soggy, the grilled onions on my burger were 3!!!!! The bun was tough and tasted like card board. I will definitely never go back or recommend this place to anyone. My guests were also dissatisfied with their purchase as was another customer sitting next to me.
I stayed away for a long time because I once had an absolutely terrible customer-service experience (literally ignored by the employees for about 8 minutes) and my friend said they had small shakes.
Burgers were just "eh". Pricey. Bacon ok. Only 3 people working there on a busy Sat night?! They really did their best given there were so many people. The best thing? I could get a beer with my burger. Bottom line: I'll stick with Five Guys.
Burgers are good but you just can't charge the prices they do in a fast food atmosphere. Figure out a way to lower the prices by about 25% (without sacrificing quality) and they might be on to something...
This place isn't very good. Gave it two trys now. Going to Chipotle from now on.

Decent burger and fries, everything else was bad. Staff is terrible.
I've given it two shots. Not thrilled. Everything has a smoky flavor, including the fries. Eh, it'll do in a pinch.
Love the drink machine and staff is always so nice and friendly
Mediocre at best. The burger was far less than "medium". A good enough vet could have gotten it mooing again.
Don't order burgers to go, I just did...the burger that I ordered medium was so rare, I thought it might still be moving.
