I’ve had good birria, I’ve had bad birria and this one is the best one in Danbury! Super pleased with the flavors and the cooking was definitely with love. Nothing beats a food truck experience for me :) cant wait to come back and have more because I simply devoured this.

I love how they have self serve salsas and extra toppings - super helpful.

Hidden gem this place is! Found this looking for tacos. This place hits different. The QuesaBirra tacos with the consumé and the condiments were amazingly delicious. Also ordered the hot Cheeto elote. I will absolutely be back and will bring more people.

If you’re in the Danbury area and looking for authentic Birria tacos, look no further than the Birria taco truck! Great foodtruck for a quick bite, absolutely delish ? friendly staff and yummy options, I wish they had a sit down restaurant but either way I will be back ??
