We had been hearing great things about Bocagua Chimi’s truck in Danbury, and since we hadn’t really had Colombian food before, we decided to give it a try! We were really impressed with the special crab empanada they had on the day we went, and their signature chimi was delicious. We had sweet plantains with beef and sauces on it that was just seriously good comfort food. The owner was super friendly, and I appreciated that they had seating available. It started raining while we were eating, and we were so grateful that they had a tent set up!
