Went to watch Stanley cup finals game and we showed up and not only did they not have it on but it took over 30 minutes for them to turn it on. Instead it was some 5th division soccer game. Not sure why they would not have the finals on? Seems crazy

Went there yesterday for dinner (6-13-25, around 430pm). When we walked in, there was no host at the front. Waited around 5 min. No one came. Not busy at all, just a few tables seated. A waiter did come out of the kitchen but went right to the computer, did something, and then back in. We went somewhere else. Check cameras.
Sat at bar for 10 minutes before being even seen.

Buffalo Wild Wings is fantastic for one reason:
Our waitress, Phelps.
She is by far the best waitress in the history of waitressing. She is so charming, attentive and polite.
And she always has this endearing quality of always having a rainbow assortment of pens to write friendly notes on our check at the end of the meal.
My wife and I no longer go to Buffalo Wild Wings to eat the Wings that we love. We go because we love to dine with our favorite waitress, Phelps.
I could write more about the generic qualities of Buffalo Wild Wings like the countless televisions that are fantastic to watch when there is a good game going on.
And the cold beer.
And the triple hamburger.
And the cheese curds.
And the sauces for the chicken wings, including my new favorite “Orange Chicken.”
But, I will not mention any of that because those things pertain to every Buffalo Wild Wings.
What makes the Buffalo Wild Wings in Danbury special and unique is our waitress, Phelps, she is the best there is.
I regret that I do not have a photo of her.
Instead, I will attach a photo of my beautiful daughter Stela and her new husband, Joe. My wife and I recently dined at Buffalo Wild Wings with them. Even though Joe and Stela ate a hamburger, they greedily ate most of our chicken wings too. Then, I had to order more. I hate when that happens.
But not to worry. Buffalo Wild Wings has all the wings you can eat.
I strongly recommend ordering the wings to be prepared “extra crispy “. They taste MUCH better that way.
If you go to Buffalo Wild Wings, please tell them Henry sent you. If you are lucky enough to have Phelps as your server, please tell her “Henry says hi !”

Alil dark but if you’re watching sports I understand. Service was nice, bathroom was clean. Only thing I didn’t like was no prices on the drink list, wtf wild wings. This makes people not drink if they don’t know. We got wings, mozzarella sticks, Smokey bluey cocktails and some ipa beers. You get the other star if your put prices on your beers or at least put some chalk boards up with beers and prices.

Ordered a wrap off lunch menu place only had 4 booths being used and took 25 min for it to arrive. Won’t ever return slow service !
Decent but the lighting is way too dark and annoying. Bathrooms are usually pretty gross and worn down. Food is usually served pretty quickly and fresh.
Karla was great, very attentive and genuinely happy to help us with anything we needed.

We spent $190.00 and they forgot to deliver 20 of our boneless wings, leaving my brother hungry. We called multiple times and got nowhere with the man that picked up the phone. Eventually after going back and forth with him, he transferred me to their “manager”, Cooper, who was absolutely useless. He said there was nothing he could do and he refused to make our 20 wings after we offered to pick them up. My family will never order or recommend this location again. This is not the first time this has happened also. Lastly, the few wings we actually received were definitely NOT WILD! But seriously, whoever the manager and person answering the phones this evening need some more training on customer service.

The to go area is so beyond slow and unprofessional, they’ll have you waiting 25-30+ minutes for an order that is just sitting there getting cold while they pack up other people’s orders ! They’ll come in from outside on a break and walk right past anyone standing waiting in service.

Me and my family have been to a few bdubs and the food is always great but what really brings me back to the Danbury location is the service. Our go to server is Taylor Phelps. We ask for her everytime we are there. Her attentiveness and care to make sure we always have refills and double checks to make sure the order came out right is top notch. Anyone that goes there should ask for her!!!! Also please bring back the spin-dip!!!!!
