I ordered two sandwiches I was asked three times if I wanted a meal; l why would I say sandwich when I want a mea?l anyway when I got there I said are the orders correct cheese no onion? and the lady spoke to me in Spanish and said we have the receipt why she spoke to me in Spanish I have no idea but luckily I speak Spanish when I got home both of the burgers had onions I know this isn't a big deal especially in a 3ird world nation where you just have to expect this stuff thank God for wh1te l16eral women because they were able to change everything so that we could have this tr@5h living in our country. The hamburger bun was tough and stale. It made a tapping sound against my desk. I don't know what was wrong with the chicken, but yikes. I think i'm done with this place.

The CT health inspector should visit this Burger King location. I brought the new crispy onion ring whopper via Drive thru, I opened my sandwich and there was a Piece of Pine Cone in my sandwich in between the cheese and bacon. Thank god I opened my sandwich FIRST instead of biting it. I returned the sandwich via. Walked into the restaurant to see the uncleaniness of the restaurant, boxes, old receipts where on the counter space, not to mention the worker who handed me my food at the drive thru gave me a nasty attitude and glares when I brought the sandwich back, in addition the manager made me wait 10 mins before giving me HALF of my money back.
I would NOT EVER EAT from this restaurant again, and advise others to check their sandwiches before eating. I will be giving my money to McDonald’s that up the road from now on.

Ladies room locked and out of order with no sign!! Waited a full 5 min, after our food was ready, for the 1 worker to bag our order because she was handling the drive thru and the counter. We prefer BK food, but has gotten too expensive and customer service has really dropped off. Also fries were cold! 😕 McDonald's here we come!

The last couple of times I've been at this location, I went to use the ladies restroom. Out of toilet paper..AGAIN!!! The employees don't give a rats ass ...6/21/25 10 a.m. went in to use the ladies restroom. NO TOILET PAPER. Went in to the men's restroom, plenty of paper. But, the sink had facial hair in like someone had been shaving.. Yuck!

The service was quick and the staff was friendly and polite, I had the family bundle coupon so it only cost me a little more than twenty dollars for the three whoppers,three cheeseburgers and three medium fries, everything was very good and worth the price.

I went through about 8 nuggets, a soda and some fries First they wanted to charge me like $16 Then I ordered the nuggets and potatoes the price was stupid $11:75 I only ordered the nuggets which were $3:75 It just so happens that all Raw nuggets ?
