The owner is the worst - nickel and dime the customers. If you ask for condiment that usually free ketchup, mustard any sauce they want to charge you for it.

Typically you go into a Burger King and they have a soda machine that it's unlimited. Try that in this place and see what happens.

The oil in the deep fryer - I don't know where they get it from they don't change it as frequent as they should it's nasty you'll literally get sick if you eat something that's deep fried out of burger king fryer.

When for the SpongeBob meal did not come in the box it was advertised in. Worst service ever didn’t want to give me the combo saying it doesn’t exist when it says it behind her. So had to get the bundle. I ask nicely if she could ask somone else and she keep denying it. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Woman at drive thru was very rude. I waited 10 mins for my food and it was still wrong. I ordered the bbq brisket burger with my order and I get home and find out theres no brisket. SMH! I called the store and of course no one answers. I’m done with this Burger King!

Great place to drive through. Inside of a gas station so the atmosphere isn't like the regular fast food restaurant. Have to get a key for the restroom and the seating area is small and cramped. However, for driving-thru purposes, it's great. It's super fast and the staff are always friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite after shopping all day at the Danbury Fair mall right across the way.

I stopped here usually for an impossible burger & the wait is average. The last few times the entrance was closed due to work on the gas station it shares a building with. I used my mobile app to order, the drive thru line was very long, so I decided to go inside. The wait was a good amount considering the red car that I would have pulled behind is now at the drive up/pick up window. Then poor staff have to deal with some young man yelling at the tv & drive thru and the staff appear understaffed with only two young ladies working.

Lady at the register was awesome. You only get 1 BBQ sauce even though you bought 3 burgers and spend 21 dollars. An example of a cheap and greedy owner. Additionally, he has a one way sign in front which misleads all drivers. Good employee, horrible owner

Should have a better rating, especially considering the one on Padanaram has more than half a star up despite being significantly worse every time I've been there over 5+ years. I suspect this one is lower because it's near the mall or potentially a management issue but I personally have no clue and that was just speculation. As far as a burger king goes, they only rarely get my order wrong, which is waaaaay better than the burger king standard. Go get yourself a nice long-chicken sandwich 💦

Please retrain your management. Your regular personnel are amazing, and I’ve never had a problem until recently. MOD tried tacking charges onto my total and gave me a different total than what I was told to pay at the speaker (major red flag that they’re pocketing money on you guys). Tried showing the manager that even their app doesn’t up charge for what she’s trying to charge me for. Absolutely outrageous.
