This location was disappointing, fries on orings were old and soggy and the burger was dry and over cooked. Mill plain location has been better.

Please retrain your management. Your regular personnel are amazing, and I’ve never had a problem until recently. MOD tried tacking charges onto my total and gave me a different total than what I was told to pay at the speaker (major red flag that they’re pocketing money on you guys). Tried showing the manager that even their app doesn’t up charge for what she’s trying to charge me for. Absolutely outrageous.

It's Burger King what more is there to say? Typical drive thru hour old food. They are pretty quick at this location for lunch and only one window.

I asked for a small fry without salt. I watched three people do nothing about making them. Then they took the already salted fries and put them back in the oil. I watched for a minute while nobody put new fries in. I asked " are you recooking the salted fries to take off the salt?" It was then that they went and got fries out of the freezer and put them in the oil. All three then began speaking in spanish and gazing at me and laughing. I won't be back.
Parking: It was dinner time and I was one of two cars in the lot. Now i know why.

It's against OSHA State guidelines to close your women's restroom all because of the fact that all your employees are women and don't want to use the dirty men's restroom, shame on you for turning away female customers all because your staff is stuck up. 0
I mobile order from here a lot and the food is always good. The staff is polite and the location is conveniently located. The dining area is always clean.
