I waited 30 minutes in a drive thru line that only had 3 cars in it. This franchise is extremely poorly staffed.

Clean place, appears new. You order at a kiosk, but only one was working and you really had to punch the screen for it to work. The service was awful. Not just slow, but the person serving was rude. They let you pick freestyle soda and you can see the self serve soda machine, but I guess you're supposed to know it's disabled and serves no purpose, so they just give you a drink you didn't ask for then my goodness are you in the wrong for telling them that's not what you wanted. You pick your sauces and wow, she ignores them then has you wait 5 minutes before she'll come back and again roll her eyes at you for inconveniencing her for having to get what you ordered.

The service was horrible we waited 20 minutes in the drive through to another 10 minutes of waiting for the worker to hear our order agin and he got our order wrong so if you read this eat inside the drive through is bad.

I ordered a firey Krispy chicken sandwich with extra spicy and savory sauce. And ended up with the the regular sandwich with only a drop of sauce on it

The poor guy must have been alone. It took forever to get my order through the drive thru, but I truly believe this man was doing everything, from cooking to orders. I hated to give low stars for service, but when you wait in a drive thru for over ten minutes, how can you not? He was lovely enough, but clearly had to many jobs resting on him alone. And since when did the Whopper go up to almost FIFTEEN DOLLARS??!!. That was a shock.

Was only 2 people there a couple nights ago. Every table in the place dirty. Had to send both orders of fries back because they were cold. Food was not good, had been sitting there. When she came out to finally clean tables, she slapped on some nasty water onto the tables that left a dirty film. Did not appear to be any management around. Too bad. Had hopes for this place but it is going down hill fast. Good job Burger King. You have a prime location
