As far as food, yes this is 100% BK. As far as service, this BK is a disaster. There's minimal staff resulting in turtle-like service both at the drive-thru as well as inside, which is unfortunate. Posted is the picture of a completely empty counter with everyone in the back - it was like this for 5 minutes. This is why the drive thru is a very long wait. Do yourself a favor, there's a great pizza place across the street, Lou's deli another 100 yards down the road,...
Clean, well-appointed, great staff. They have put up with me for the past 4 days - I’m traveling and am across the street at a hotel whose breakfast time isn’t good for my lifestyle - and the associates are nice, quick, and understanding. The food is exactly the quality I’ve come to expect at all Burger Kings: of the highest quality.
It's going to be very hard to replace Duchess, but will give Burger King a chance. I wish they relocated the handicap parking away from the drive-thru it's hard to navigate with cars passing through ♿
